Christina was amazing in each aspect, she has all the knowledge, she's very quick... i always wish

I had a recent issue with my faxes being deleted. I spoke with Tanner and he was so helpful and kind. He even went above and beyond to help make sure that I don't have this issue again in the future. He was great!

Tanner answered all questions quickly and assisted with testing the lines to get everything working.

Jackie was wonderful! I made a silly mistake today that was really embarrassingly dumb but she helped me overcome my embarrassment with grace and kindness. Felt like I was talking to a friend. Also, there was no wait time for their tech support. I was on hold for max 5 seconds before Jackie came on. We've been with SRfax for over 5 years and their tech support has always 10/10.

Tanner was outstanding. Knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and quick to provide answers to all of my questions.
