I highly recommend Shana. She is very professional and translated the many documents I had thoroughly, accurately and with speedy manner. Shana's translations, the scans and stamps etc were all very perfectly done. She guided me through the process of shipping the documents to overseas and knew exactly what she is doing. She is great at what she does - understanding the whole process of translation. Shana's rates were very reasonable as well and I would definitely use Shana's service again if I need translation in the future. Lastly as a person, Shana is very kind and pleasant to work with and has positive & uplifting energy. Her response were always very prompt which had helped me tremendously as my timeline was extremely tight for translation deadline. Thank you so much for your amazing work Shana!

Translated my Japanese documents promptly and accurately getting the certified translation ready for me. She is thorough and kind. Reasonable rate. She thought of details that I hadn’t even thought of. This was one of the best services I have ever received. A Wonderful Translator
I'd searched for a certified translator to help with my wife's family registry for her spousal visa. After emailing a number of translators, Shana Shimizu was the only one who replied. She was prompt and professional, and kept me updated with the progress. I would highly recommend her if anyone is in need of a great translator.
