i did not receive a shipping label. it is paid in full. I have called 3 times. Nobody answers the phone. I emailed them and no reponse. I filed a complain to Paypal to get my money back.

Seatbelt was fixed ok, but we paid for module reset and it didn’t work. Once installed the dashboard was running crazy with tons of codes. So what for did we exactly pay? Had to bring to dealership and pay again.. complained and someone sent me a rude email back calling me a clown and in capitals!!! . probably someone from Bombay .. sucks

They didn't put the correct connections (wire connectors) on my seat belt pretwensioners. So I had to rewire them and after some trial and error finally got it right. I called and left a few voice mails but they never responded. I will not use them again.

Stay away, this place is a total scam. I sent 2 belts and a module to get reset and when it gets back one of the belts is still throwing up errors, after the guy blames me a bunch I sent the belt back and he told me it was tempted with which I have no reason to mess with since it should have been fixed in the first place. So instead of him fixing the belt he blames me and curses me off. I paid him to fix the belt AGAIN and he sends it back via COD. After a month of me worrying where is my belt and and him being as helpless as his repairs I get my belt COMPLETELY TAKEN APART like peice by peice. then he is telling me that he is giving me a refund that I still haven't gotten. If you want your stuff done go somewhere else this place is a scam and they will break your equipment. Show how much they learned in their "15 years of experience"👎

Sent in a set of seatbelts for my 2018 truck, after a month of waiting, I tried calling and Emails but no response. Not sure what to do, I want my seatbelts back so I can send them to another company.

No hassle service no complicated stuff to go through. If u hv a lil common sense and are not asking for a miracle this is a place that will save you lots of money..could charge so much more..

I want to say that the module reset was fine but I sent 2 dual stage seatbelts to be repaired and result was unsettling! The retractors were not repaired but simply tricked with resistors to appear they are working. The cables were still at the end leaving them useless as a safety device, seriously dangerous as well as a rip off. The small charge that detonates in an accident were completely omitted!
If I could leave a lower feedback I would, this guy is dangerous to public safety!

My wife's airbag light needed to be reset and the SRS module. The work was done fast and I would use his services again.

Bad service. Erased my SRS Module. Now it cannot be restored.No one can do anything to this module 100% unusable after srsmodule.com touched it. Have to buy new module for 1200$ plus dealer time to reprogram.

Had them rebuild a seat belt retractor, and when I got it back they used parts from a right side belt and mine was a left. I was told that I need to drill a hole in the housing to make it work. That is when I started to wonder about this company. I got the belt back, drilled a hole in the housing and installed the belt. Then the seat belt would 't come out. I contacted the company they wanted me to ship the belt back, so I would be without my car for another week and have to pay return shipping. This company is very unprofessional and they do not do a good job, avoid them at all costs!

I sent my module and seatbelts to saft y res t o r and it was returned back module not reset. I wasted my time and money. I called srsmodule.com they said yes we can doing I shipped and boom supper service everything works great #1 place I should of used these guys to beging with and not waste time with other bull companies.
