Great service, quick delivery. However having to pay to return goods is not so good. Why would you buy online if when you try it on and it doesn't fit, you have to pay to return it. Which is a ballache.

Poor experience, late delivery and incorrect size....
I have used SS20 previously and was happy with the service. I required a pair of shorts in a short time frame as i was due to go on vacation in 3 days. I happily paid extra for express delivery. 3 days later and no delivery so frustratingly had to buy shorts on the high street. Now i have arrived back from holiday and the shorts did eventually arrive, they are the incorrect size, so i will now have to use my time to send back the items, and i all have gained is frustration and lost time i will never recover.

Order still hasn't arrived
Placed an order with the store on the 28th of July and received an email confirming it had been dispatched later that day. My order still has not arrived nearly 2 weeks later. I have tried to make contact with the store via email , Responses have been very slow, roughly one every 30 hours or so, and they have not been helpful in any way. I will not be ordering from this store again anytime soon

Great! I'd use them again.
Firstly they had exactly what I wanted in stock when other major suppliers were Out of Stock frequently. My order was processed and sent really quickly, and made it to where I was in the French Alps without any problems at all. Exactly what you want really!
