Good shipping speed, but unfortunaytely due to size issues i have had to send back returns, had to print off write out forms, which in this day and age should be automated IMO. Had to return at my own cost, which only serves one purpose, and that is to drive my custom to Amazon where returns are free.

Great shop though, good prices, and good shipping speed. Hopefully my amended size comes through soon.

The Payment and Order placement was ok and the customer service was friendly. The parcel itself was just a plastic bag without any protection for the item iteself, that´s why I give just 4 of 5 stars.

Had the item I wanted, communication was great throughout, postage was the let down, as the package had been scuffed in transit, and the product I ordered (a skateboard) had several marks on it. Would use again if the delivery company was addressed or changed, but for now I'll hold off.

After I'd placed an order online I decided to visit the store to understand if I had purchased the correct snowboard. Received great advice whilst in the store which helped me correct my purchase and buy some nice matching bindings! Really good service, they are also happy to price match online which mean you can buy with confidence!! Can't beat some great advice from you local store....

Good selection of stickers and the ones I ordered came quick and were high quality.

Excellent price, great product, amazing communication & professional business. Would have been nice to be able to track package by courier as opposed to Royal Mail so that I could arrange for package drop off. If I am not at home, my parcel goes to main depot which takes 2 hours for a round triptych collect.

Ordered a wheely snowboard bag, it arrived on the specified date a few days later and I was updated with the delivery status by text & email.

Great company to buy from. I needed a snowboard bag very last minute and SS20 got it on a next day courier for me so it arrived the day before I went away on holiday. website worked well and they were very helpful on the phone. Will be back on their site next year when I go away!

I was pleasantly surprised that delivery was free of charge. There was no messing around and my package was with me within two days of ordering. I would definitely recommend.

I can always rely on ss20 to have what I want, when I want it, and at the right price. And their site sizes must be exact I've never had a problem with them not fitting, unlike some other stores : )
