I ordered some gloves for my girlfriend, but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I spoke to a very helpful James on the phone, he offered to send me out a pre-paid mailbag so I could return the incorrect sized gloves free of charge. In my experience, not every online mail-order company does this sort of thing even though it makes a huge difference to the customer. Their website is easy to use, the products come well packaged, and with an imminent snowboard trip, I've been recommending SS20 to all my friends in need of last minute kit.

Over the past two years I have bought my Board, Bindings, Boots, Bag and Helmet from SS20. They have always been helpful and reliable!

I have bought several items from SS20 in the past as they have always had both a great range and very good (if not the best) prices too. On this occasion I ordered a Four Star jacket that was being sold at £50 less than a majority of other skate clothing shops (RRP £125) and at least £10 cheaper than the closest price on ebay. I'm happy :)
