Too expensive to use.
We think that £85 for 15mins is very expensive. Considering that all he did was to look at the fridge and re-align the rubber seal. And he wanted another 35 to come back and replace hinges.

Hi Mr Milborrow.
Unfortunately when you book through a third party then our rates are set by them Im afraid.
On booking you agreed the call out and labour charge and its explained to you that any parts are charged at an extra cost.
We attended and diagnosed your problem and arranged for your appliance to be left on test and booked to re attended a few days later at no extra cost. We also advised that it wold be advisable to replace your hinges on the first visit.
We also advised that your hinges are part of the problem on our second visit and will continue to get worse and offered to again re attend to fit for just the price of the parts rather than you have an issue with the hinges a few months down the line at which point it would of cost you another call out and labour charge.
We're are sorry that you do not feel that all of the above is not value for money but as stated when you book through a third party they set our rates.
