I loved the strap and the belt, but the leggings bobbled after the first use ( I used a band for a glute session, and where the band was on the leggings - you can see the defects ).
Otherwise, very flattering and comfortable leggings.

The customer service is terrible and i had an accident with their ankle strap!
The customer service is so poor and terrible that I have never encountered anything like it anywhere! The products do not last, and I had a bad accident on my leg with their ankle straps. My leg was badly broken in the summer and I am currently rehabilitating it. I was doing a butt kick with my physiotherapist on a pulley (15kg) with straps I bought from stacci 2.5 months ago, when the strap practically burst open and slammed into my leg, which has several complications after a serious fracture. This caused a bad bruise on my skin graft and I thanked God that my leg is almost numb. I complained immediately and all I got in response was that the product can withstand 5kg on a pulley! However, this instruction is not written anywhere and there is no instruction for this with the product. I mentioned this to the company founder Linn Lowes, why then does she do 20-25kg weights with these straps if the product is only intended for 5kg. The company did not respond to this, nor were they prepared to refund the product or send a new one because the "warranty" (which is also not mentioned anywhere) has expired. Complaints have been made to the European Consumer Agency and they are currently handling the matter and are basically instructing people to purchase a similar product elsewhere. The gym owner and my physiotherapist are also amazed by the invented instructions because pulley machines usually have a starting weight of 10kg, which means that the straps that are attached to the leg movement are practically unusable. I believe that everyone would not buy the straps if they knew about these "instructions". The company takes no responsibility for anything and treats its customers like garbage with its overpriced products.

Bought lumi bare top and leggings on Black Friday and the small fits like an xs, the leggings are so tight and the cinching is not subtle at all. You put them on and they don’t even pull up all the way and it’s extremely uncomfortable with the cinching. Can’t return, can’t wear, waste of money. Also purchased the “new better version” of the serendipity after buying them in all colors at first launch, also horrible. Purchased the same size s and fits again like an xs. I understand contour but the fabric has changed and they are also tight and uncomfortable to wear. Also can’t return. Wasted money. This company was good at first but I will not be repurchasing after this last experience.

Regarding your concern about returning items, we’re not entirely sure what you mean by being unable to return them. You can return items as long as they weren’t purchased during a sale. In the clothing industry, it’s standard practice that sale items are non-returnable, and this is also clearly stated in our terms and conditions, which customers agree to before completing their purchase.
If you’re unsure about sizing prior to making a purchase, especially for sale items, we always recommend consulting with us to ensure the best fit, as sale items are not eligible for returns.
We’re sorry to hear that you found some items to be horrible or uncomfortable. This is not feedback we’ve received before, and it’s disappointing to hear. If you happened to receive defective items, which can unfortunately happen on rare occasions, we’d be happy to exchange them or issue a refund.

The most amazing fitness brand!
I've purchased multiple sets from all their collections, and I’m always blown away by the quality and fit—truly second to none! The materials are durable, comfortable, and super flattering, and I love the feminine look of the collections. Their customer service team is also fantastic. The few times I've had challenges, either with delivery or defects, the team have solved this swift and satisfactory. I must add that with my over 15 Stacci leggings, I've never experienced rupture or tearing, the only defect I've encountered was a size discrepancy. Highly recommend this brand!

Honestly I am from Singapore and I have previously not heard about this company/brand. However, my wife and I saw a thai fitness influencer wear the Stacci bandeau top and we identified the brand/model and took the chance and bought it. The price is not cheap and the shipping cost $28. However after 5 days the item had not arrived. We try to check the status of the order but was prompted to install an app called “Route” and the route app will only allow us to proceed if we share a lot of information. And after we agree to share the information the app is not able to provide any tracking information at all. The last status is a generic “scanned package”. And there is no estimated arrival date as well. Those buying internationally should be warned as they have to be prepared to pay for high shipping cost and be prepared for a poor shipping experience.

To clarify, the “Route” package insurance you selected at checkout provides full coverage in case your package is lost or damaged during transit. If your package was indeed lost, we will work with Route to ensure you receive a full refund.
We do understand your frustration, but we feel it’s a little unfair to leave negative feedback for Stacci regarding matters that are out of our control, such as issues caused by the carrier. As stated in our Terms and Conditions, once a package leaves our warehouse, the carrier assumes responsibility for its handling. This is why we offer the option to add “Route” insurance at checkout—for peace of mind and full coverage for unforeseen circumstances.
Regarding shipping costs, we want to emphasize:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and are passed on to customers without any added profit. Since our warehouse is located on the other side of the globe and we operate as a small company with limited volumes, reducing shipping costs isn’t feasible for us at this time—though we would love to if we could!
The shipping cost is always displayed at checkout, so it is something you agreed to when completing your purchase.

Ugh! A MUST HAVE for cute gym fit or yogi/ lounging day to run errands in! I’m 5’3 with a pear shaped body and a b cup and this suit fit like a GLOVE.! I was surprised to not find any awk lines or loose fittings anywhere. Absolutely LOVE the color of the Lumi Silhouette Body - Light and the material feel is soooo soft to the touch. Awful return policy - store credit only and gets worse
Awful customer service. Returns are store credit only which is bad enough, but you cannot use the store credit with any future discount promos they run. Even their free shipping for July 4th the store credit cannot apply to. Awful awful setup.
