Worse experience ever and bad working conditions....all they care about is just their money they make by using people anyhow without any human empathy and worse of all. They never care.
You would lay a simple complain and they always look for ways of ignoring with different excuses

Avoid as is a waste of time.
They pulled me from new job with promises they will create a structure, as was working for a new client.
After 1 month, only a new area manager was brought in, Nicolle, as former, Arthur for some reason he was moved from contract but still able to train me.
It started ok as my account manager was brilliant, Marek.
After 3 weeks, Arthur started to behave like a bully, giving more and more tasks every day up to not even time to have 30 min lunch break or even go to toilet for 5 min. It was exhausting.
New area manager, Nicolle, only making promises to client but never supporting.
This is their managerial stile, bullying and working till burnout.
Highly not recommending working for Staffline at all.
I also know 2 people working previously for them and have the same opinion.

Is good agency but have 1 person she is no good for work to Staffline, She Name is Mihaela Popan. i'm go to induction for Solely sandwich worksop and because i forgote phone home she no live me to finish induction. because no have share code for Gov. is needed to sack she for work to is Agency.

Avoid this company at all costs!! Very unprofessional!! I went for an interview, was offered the position. I let them know I have a notice period. When I was available to start a position they never answered the phone or messages. The ladies that was in charge of the employment process for sainsbury Northampton need sacking!

My English it is not perfect when I say that to here she refuse to have I interview whith me . Didn't give me a opportunity at all ..
And the worse was she couldn't speak English either ....

Kettering -No positive feedback at all. I was asked to leave a good review…How can I leave a good review when I had my interview and the next day I contacted them several times and they didn’t even bother to answer /text back. No profesionalism shown.

One of the best recruitment agency in the UK. It takes good care of its employer.
Payments are always received on time plus they give holiday pay as well.

They proved to our teams twice by redundant all team in the last minute. As a company they have to be transparent with team and give them updates on everything, but they kept everything behind our backs and then redundant us. Thats happened twice with me now in 2 years time. Staffline keeps saying they have billions in profit but they can’t keep people who work hard for national minimum wage. Absolute disgrace , strongly not recommending anyone to work for them.

Very toxic, vengeful, dishonest and drowning in nepotism. Very dismissive and ready to lay the blame on the worker. Infantile dealings, ie, if you have a valid complaint, you get punished...either your hours get cut or you lose work all together. They will try and shame face you into backing down. Disgrace to the employment service. Not answering phone calls . Putting the blame on us workers. Worst of the worst . Adam and Chris. Specially Adam.

A "Judy Anne" messaged me out of the blue on Telegram. Never heard of Staffline. Never needed or wanted to do agency work. Instantly blocked.

Staffline wasted my time and money and I need a way to file a complaint against them. This company is the worse.

These people will keep deleting the negative reviews but they will keep coming until they are shutdown. Honestly the worst agency you can work for! They are very unprofessional, discriminative and rude to all their agency staff. They treat their staff with a very inhumane manner. Sad to see to companies like that operating in the United Kingdom!

Working for Staffline was an experience that left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. During the interview process, they presented themselves as flexible, laid-back, and great employers. However, the reality couldn't have been further from the truth. Once I started working, their true colours became apparent.

Staffline's monitoring practices were invasive and excessive. They would constantly take pictures of my work and promptly point out any perceived shortcomings. It felt like my every move was under scrutiny, creating an environment of constant stress and pressure. Moreover, they displayed a complete lack of understanding and compassion when it came to personal matters.

On one occasion, despite providing them with five days' notice, I informed Staffline that I needed to accompany my daughter for an important MRI scan at the hospital. While I was at the hospital, they had the audacity to call and question my absence, even insinuating that I was lying about the situation. This incident highlighted their disregard for their employees' well-being and demonstrated a clear lack of empathy.

The work environment at Staffline was reminiscent of a bygone era, akin to the 1970s. The way employees were spoken to and treated was simply appalling. I was repeatedly reminded that toilet breaks should not exceed three minutes and instructed to dispose of rubbish within a mere 60 seconds. These stringent rules created an atmosphere that was degrading and demoralizing.

What's worse is that Staffline failed to consider any external factors that could impact employees' performance. For instance, if there were 50 people waiting to access a single lane of cages or if the equipment malfunctioned, the blame was immediately placed on the individual workers. Rather than addressing the actual issues, Staffline demanded that we work harder and faster, disregarding any valid concerns.

If you receive a call back from Staffline, I strongly urge you to ignore it and take the time to explore other job opportunities. Trust me when I say that the negative experiences and mistreatment far outweigh any potential benefits. Staff line's false promises, invasive monitoring, and disrespectful treatment make it an employer that should be avoided at all costs

Honestly the worst recruitment agency I worked for. When I was needed I had a reply or phonecall within few minutes, when I tried to ask about holiday I got no reply via text, no one was ever in the office to talk to not I got any email reply. I had to go to HR at the company staffline was recruiting for, only they were able to get hold of anybody in there.

I'd give this company minus stars if it were possible. They reel you in, make you attend numerous interviews, open days, tests/exams which costs time off work, taxi/bus fare, effort and revision, then they almost guarantee you the job after 1-1 and then right at the end decline you and give no feedback or justification foe why, if you ask for feedback they walk you to the door. Absolutely unprofessional, disgusting, discriminatory and hire people based on goodness only knows what. Save yourselves some time and go elsewhere, I'm glad I'm shot of this place!

I am currently working for Staffline and based at Thurrock Tesco warehouse. I wanted to bring to your attention the unacceptable behaviour from Staffline managers that work at the warehouse.

The most recent incident happened today, 07 July 2023; I started my shift at my usual time of 06:00 hrs and approximately 30 minutes into my shift, i was left without any further assignments. This has happened before, but it is rare. I then went to the assembly desk to get a NOWORK card, and then had to quickly go to the toilet. While i was in the toilet, i got a phone call from one of the managers asking where i was. I responded politely that i had to use the toilet. When i finished, i went downstairs to start work again, but as soon as I entered the door one of the managers who does the rotas every week, started shouting "I'm not paying you to sit on the toilet, I've logged you off, you can go home", so i had no option but to grab my badge and go home.

One of my concerns is, how can someone like him think its okay to treat me as if i am the worst human on Earth?
Why does he have to shout at me when he can have a non-aggressive, non-proactive conversation with me? Are you not allowed to have biological needs in a workplace like Tesco Thurrock outside of break times.

This is just one of the incidents I have experienced. Everyday is extremely stressful. The managers have a habit of treating not only me, but other staff members from what i have observed, as garbage and disposable at anytime. I understand that they are all a big family there and a small circle, but this doesn't give them the authority to treat us like we are nothing - this is extremely poor management. If i don't hit the performance level because Im given drinks only assignments, im then threatened with 'you shouldn't be here". I work hard and go over and beyond the performance level. There is a lot of discrimination in this place which I've never seen or experienced before.

I will also bring this into social media attention because everyone needs to know how they treat people in this place.
