Shocking, had an interview at Ocado in Purfleet, applied for a day job, invited for an interview & I use that word very loosely, turned up & there were 7 people in the interview, was informed that day work was unavailable for 2 month's so it was night work, not what anyone in the room had applied for, interview commenced by the woman putting on a video whilst she sat there on her phone, video ended & then the woman took detail's, I said I had worked for staffline at Ocado before & she said she would have to contact her manager about employing me, haven't heard anything since, thank god, the woman doing the interview was totally useless, she said she could tell who she was going to hire just by looking at them, how exactly, just as well really as she didn't speak to anyone, awful interview by an untrained person.. if I could give 0 star's then I would just simply on her very poor interviewing skills, Staffline really should train the people who do the interviews to actually talk to the people who want the job & not make judgements..
Couldn't & wouldn't recommend Staffline to anyone, not even to my worst enemies.

I have never dealt with an agency so unorganised, so unprofessional and so useless. Failed to pay on time and when they actually did it was wrong every time, fobbed off with excuses, broken promises, lies lies and more lies, difficulty getting hold of staff, phone calls and messages ignored, and staff that cannot relay messages and critical information. Steer clear and avoid unless you enjoy being constantly frustrated, paid late and fobbed off.

If i could leave a zero - it would be a zero.
Staffline. So i've worked for 3 weeks for them 'driving' a 7.5 tonne truck doing home delivery to customers.
I was promised all sorts - decent hours, decent money, and because i was commuting from sheffield to leeds -they promised to pay me mileage until a sheffield site opened in a few weeks time so i could learn the job and the role and then transfer to sheffield site.
None of this has happened.
i ended up being a drivers mate for 99% of the time. i drove a truck once, and it was a joke. no training, no experienced staff - just the keys and "get on with it"
In the 3 weeks ive worked for staffline, they "forgot" to add my bank details which meant i didnt get paid for one week, the 2nd and 3rd week the time sheets had been altered and i was under paid hours.
one shift was cancelled (without my knowledge of which staffline admitted it was there fault - but by this time i had wasted 80 miles of petrol)..

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE TO YOU. THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE.

I am now worse off financially after working for this company as i currently stand no chance of getting my fuel cost back and im down by 1.5 days work of which they have refused to process and not comment on.

I say again. DO NOT WORK FOR STAFFLINE. THEY ARE HORRENDOUS!!!

Been work for them 16 months all payslips was for different place I was working, many time spoke with Bradley about. Worst agency ever. I had bad accident at work when I inform staffline they said- it’s okay!👌

I go through a lot because staffline is useless, THEY haven't sent me my P45 yet, I stopped working with them on 9th September, and I got a new job, and I am paying emergency tax,because in gov. UK shows up that working for staffline in MINI COOPER is my first job and as a result my tax code has changed to K221x,that means I own 2210 sterling pounds in estimate tax while I am not working there anymore,the HMRC said there is nothing they can do wihtout my p45.

This is a terrible recruitment agency to work for I’m have not been paid properly since week one and when I bring this to the attention of Kevin Augustine he did absolutely nothing about the situation just constantly lied

Registered with this agency but never get a job.Been calling staffline so many times they will give you a bogus number to call for follow.No ..i won't recommend this agency.

Don't keep you informed, don't answer to the absense phonenumber...don't keep you informed about the changes

Asks questions that are already part of your profile, repeats questions, incredibly long-winded set of questions just to find out whether there is even a slot available

Please stay well away from these criminals, don't work for them, I worked for these crooks and they were constantly not paying me properly, taking hundreds of pounds in my wages each month, I had to beg to get my wages paid each month, sometimes they would pay but it was late being in to my bank, it was stressful, they still owe me money that wasn't paid to me, in the end I cut my losses and left. My mental health deteriorated so badly I wanted to kill myself. These criminals were stealing from many people that worked for them when I did. It's hands down THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER WORKED FOR. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I found a job listing and applied. The staffline contact in Tesco Purfleet branch guy name is Lebor is a person let's say he gives preference to his own country ppl. After chasing him up for 2 weeks he then says job has been offered to others. He made up a lie to head office that he organised a interview for me and I didn't seem interested, I dont even know how this guy looks like what a liar!!. I lodged a complaint, I can't believe they have shady ppl like this guy working form them.

They don't give you a job if they don't like how you look especially south asians get the most hate
I was called in for a "interview" at west thurrock warehouse but when we got there there was 5 of us and no interview.. the staffline guy showed us around for 15 minutes without saying anything to any of us then said "you'll get a call if you're selected" clearly there's discrimination & racism going on here as they're not choosing you based off of your CV or any interview.. they're just looking at you in person then sending you home saying "you will get a call if we choose you".

I had another negative experience with this agency twice a few months ago aswell. Il never apply here again.

I was given a job at one of their locations and the day i started work.. one of their staff members told me to wait in the canteen while she brings the rest of the group up... she forgot about me and started the induction... 2 hours went by and I called staffline number and one of the staff came to collect me and said "the induction has already started 2 hours ago & you missed it" and I was let go from the job. Bunch of useless fools.

Absolutely racist at bmw they give all the white guys the work they treat Asians like minorities the whole lot of them are together William, Siobian, Lienna Kristine all of them are in the same boat there used to many people from different ethnicities working on the line now all you see is white guy and it’s no surprise they’ve always showed there disciplinarys and notifications to Asian minorities I think there should be a investigation into this

I worked staffline for one day as they putted me on a waiting list for two weeks to start the job. I quit my old job and have high believe in Staffline but rather I got sacked my second day. I was on the way to work as I end up in car crash, I called Alex to let him know I end up in car crash so I can’t attend the work today, his response was spend me a proof of the crush. Never asked me how did I end up in the car crash, wether I’m injured or not. He’s disgusting and horrible weird person. Couple of minutes gone by, I received a called from him, informing me that I got sacked. I was shocked in disbelief. I asked him I can speak with your manager or associates such as William Harrison, Kaye and Linda- the site manager. Linda picked up the phone, I explained my circumstances and she didn’t even bothered and seemed like she already made her mind up. Her answer was “you failed to attend work and you get sacked” By the way the side that I was working JLR in Solihull. If you ever apply for a job for JLR you rather go through Randstand. The worst agency you can ever work for.

First and last time I have used these. Told to start job on the Monday. Spent £70 on steel boots. Arrived there to find another 11 people for the same job (sent by these clowns). Company said they only requested / want one person so sent us all home minus one. Why tell me I got the job to find you said exactly the same to another 10 hopefuls.

I worked for staffline magor Tesco's. You were given a time limit to do a job. When you asked a supervisor for help you never got it. They would tell you just get it on the cage and not to worry about it. Seen so many people have accidents. And it was your fault. Never the people who were suppose to train you. Please be careful of this company if you do get a job training is a joke. Someone will get seriously hurt and it will go down as ur fault. Not the so called trainer or supervisors.

Working for Tesco through Staffline. All payments come in on time. Andrei is stright but good planner and manager. Nice to work with.

Stay away from those Jokers! No payments, no references, no support! I know hundreds of people involved with those thieves and time wasters. Save yourself some time and contact proper work agency that know what they're doing!
