I’m working for staffline and was told I’ll be doing 4 shifts out of 3 then I went down to 3 now I’m down to two a week

According to my experience and the opinions of my friends, they are great in dealing and credibility

So far, so good, infact staffline has been soo wonderful to me, notifications, reminders, schedules and what have you, they also have time for we the staffs to, they always pick their calls when I call them, have time to listen to me and act immediately when there is a challenge, I am soo happy to work for staffline.

I worked for staffline Sheffield always got me shifts for hermes if you're looking for work give them a try I highly recommend staffline fantastic staff Kelly is very helpful

IN OLDHAM IS BIG PROBLEM WITH MANANGER MARK CHANGE IT AND BRING SOMEONE HO RESPOND ON THE PHONE THE ASK FOR MONEY IF U WANT TO WORK

Worked last week for them at Mark's and spencer Bradford had too leave due too mental health issues

Was due my wage today didn't get it no wage slip either every time i ring I'm told someone will ring you back no one calls back

They preach the modern slavery act then have people working for free as I'm not the first person there have done this too the word hypocrites comes too mind!!!!!

Such a nonsense existence. Please just quit, everything would be better without you, we would have better wages, we would be respected and not slaves. All agencies please quit. You get money from government for job seekers, you get money from employers as well and still the employee is the worthless nothing for you. You disgust me. You don't deserve to exist.

Don’t ever work through this agency. I went through them to work for a reputable company who offered a bonus incentive for their own staff and agency staff. They didn’t pay my bonus and they also owe me one days pay which they have failed to pay me. The people there are so rude and very unhelpful.
They never give you enough information about the job I had to ask them about every aspect of the work.
PLEASE IF THERE IS ANYONE THAT CAN PUT A STOP TO THIS COMPANY DO IT

Always very supportive, regular work, no problems with booking leave and accurate pay.
Workers get a dedicated representative who deals efficiently with any issues..10/10

Me and my partner Booked an interview with them and they refused to proceed my interview and take my partner in for his interview and don't even let me wait in the waiting room and keep out to wait in the cold.

Worked for Staffline 3 months. Never had problems with payments, holiday payments or whatsoever...
All my queries were immediately answered, and they were alaways supportive, case I need anything
Thanks to Staffline now I am permanent member of their customer, XPO Greenford !!

Maybe if most of the people do what I did (Work hard) you would not have motives to complaint. Do what you are paid to do... work!!

Don’t work in DC in Sherburn in Elmet, having been working over 4 months, still often have extremely unstable working hours, cut 1-2 hours a day, send you home after the shift started an hour. They sent us text promising to have 40 hours a week in Christmas season, still been sent to home after an hour of shift started, without any compensation, we drive all the way to the site, everything has cost to come to here. They make no commitment to their promise, they breach their promise, but asking us to commit in our shifts. Don’t work here!

Don't bother, they certainly don't about you, I downloaded my bank details and rang to confirm, yet come payday no money come back next week was all I got

The worst customer service ever in Milton Keynes !!! Horrendous really bad attitude very rude!! Very very bad customer service. I’ve been hung up on the phone so many times put aside resolving issues ,they not want to help in any way ,or provide information or help I requested . Staffline really need to get themselves together in Milton Keynes total shambles .

Do not work for this agency even if you really need a job !!!worst place to work !!discriminate people , put phone down on people, never answer emails, and so rude !being off sick with medical note covered got 0 pay and trying to b forced to work !!do not ever work for Milton Keynes staffline ever !!!

Bad Impression of Staffline. Told via email I would be booked in for induction but never was weeks later. Phone gets put down when they answer. Tried a fair few times to contact them.

Not a good impression when people are leaving jobs to come to Staffline. Have found alternative employment now, but avoid staffline if you can. Makes claims like ‘you have the job, happy to book you in’, which are lies. (Market Drayton site are still advertising the roles I applied for now).

Don’t bother applying.

Have phoned this company twice, emailed them and replied to text. Non response and still getting texts from this company. Very poor

Rubbish!! Rang up for a job, said they'd call back. Never heard back. Absolutely useless!!! Don't bother wasting your time.

They refuse to pay last week of work, contacted acas and issued a certificate, next step is emplyement tribunal
