A simple email to us, rather than this one star Trustpilot rating, would have resolved the problem weeks ago. Did you check your spam box to see if our email had landed there? Maybe you did receive our email in response to the order placed but then then didn't click on the link that says 'Download files'? We'll resend the order response email to you today, 26 April 2023.

Dear Linda - On our 'Contact Us' web page we provide a link to our email address and to our online contact form, so you might have contacted us through those. Regrettably, we cannot help customers with the downloading and opening of industry standard pdf files given the many different ways our customer's computer systems are set up.

I love the selection of plays. Downloading perusal scripts is so easy!
I would love to see a filter feature on the website to help search for plays appropriate for certain cast sizes or themes.

The script was easy to download and print after payment. No scam here just good quality drama and fun to discuss afterwards.
