What an experience, from start to finish, everything went smoothly. I came across Groupia (Stagweb) from a simple Google search, and from the outset, I knew they were the ones to help us. They were so attentive to our requirements, and our event manager/coordinator, Ellie, was fantastic. The cherry on top is their portal and how they manage individual payments for all guests, so no more chasing friends for money. Highly recommended for whatever events you have coming up, it doesn't just need to be a stag or hen do. Thanks, Ellie, and thank the team too.

The overall experience was excellent. All questions were answered & the go-karting was amazing. Was a shame that laser tag was cancelled but no fault of theirs. Enjoyed it.

StagWeb really sorted us out for a fantastic Stag Do in Berlin! Simon was great at explaining what the overall offering was, and then there was a seamless handover to Sophie who coordinated the events. She was always so on the ball at replying to any questions I had and keeping us informed.

We had a fantastic time, the activities were all really fun and it took so much stress off me (as the Best Man) for it to be all planned and co-ordinated for me - especially in a city I'd never been to before. Having the payments all going through the platform rather than through myself was also really helpful!

The Stag had an absolute blast and loved every minute of it, and we'll all remember the fun times we had on our trip. Thanks again for everything! :)

The experience for me couldn’t have been any better from start to finish from receiving the quote until the day before we flew Sophie was amazing every time there was a slight change with excursions, numbers, people missing the deposit deadline she sorted it that day really attentive and friendly. will definitely be booking again and would recommend to friends and family

From start to finish, everything was just simple and easy. Stagweb planned everything I requested and they took the hassle out of chasing stags for money. The account set up with links was easy and everyone could see the itinerary and contact details for all events. Natalie answered all of my enquiries very quickly and took the stress out of planning something which is usually fairly stressful! I’m very grateful to Natalie and the team and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in the future.

Natalie was absolutely brilliant, answering all my questions no matter how off kilter they might have been! She was super knowledgeable about Lisbon and what the very best activities to do/not to do were and we had a blinding time! Could not recommend her any higher!

Excellent Stag Do Planning – Huge Thanks to Groupia & Stephanie!

We recently used Groupia to organise a stag do in Budapest and had an absolutely brilliant time – everything ran smoothly and we couldn't be happier with how it all turned out.

Big shoutout to Stephanie and the other team members who helped us – super helpful, always quick to respond, and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. She made planning so much easier, especially with a group, and was great at sorting things out when any little issues came up. (for example issue with beer bike but that got all sorted)

The whole weekend was great fun – one of the real highlights was the football activity, which everyone loved. Well organised, good laugh, and just what we were looking for.

Would definitely recommend Groupia for anyone looking to plan a stag – professional, reliable and made sure we had a weekend to remember. Cheers again to Stephanie and the team!

Natalie was very attentive and amazing at keeping me up to date and coming back to me whenever I had a question, and there were many!
The weekend for my best friend on his stag do was perfect and well organised.

From the off I reached out to say that my Groom wasn't having the "usual" stag do - we're all 40, we're all dads, we just want a weekend away from the kids where we can hang out. We knew that some people would absolutely want 20 shots for 40 Euros but others might prefer some culture and good food. Specifically though, my groom did want to head to Eastern Europe (like you do!) - and I quickly realised that this was beyond my capability.

Cue Stagweb coming in to help, with Jamie quickly identifying a couple of great locations for us - quoting us quickly, and understanding the assignment! It became a very simple process of us working out what flight options were best for everyone, as the entire accomodation/ transfers were covered as well as activities out there - the Sunday morning Spa/Sauna was awesome and much needed! (And I recommend this to anyone booking a stag weekend!

Once we were booked on, the seamless payment portal worked a treat. All I had to do was pop the link in the group chat and everyone could either pay up front, or stagger their payments over a generous few months making it accessible to some of our friends who were unsure about paying it all in one lump.

Natalie was on hand to help with everything, there were a few questions and rather than it feeling automated and using emails - she was happy to pick up the phone and chat to me, and sort things in super quick time which alleviated stress (on a few occasions to be fair!). In fact, the things I was worrying were about were all in hand - and thanks to Natalie's expert help, we managed to get 18 of us to Riga (and back!) in one piece... well, just about. :)

I organised a stag weekend in Bristol, through stagweb. They told me to download the groupia app which had everything I needed to know on there! They where so helpful throughout the whole process, especially Natalie (one of the organisers) she help me out so much and I couldn't of got the best out of the experience without her. I will definitely be using groupia again if I organise another get away.
Groupia have a huge variety of destinations along with a lot of variety of activities to do around that area!
So definitely will try other destinations with my mates. Thank you groupia/stagweb

Great experience using StagWeb to organise a stag do. The company have a great choice of venues, offer a lot of customisation options and all at a very fair price. Our designated Event Coordinator Ellie was fantastic and really responsive to message and changes we needed to make (including relatively last minute drop-outs). Overall using StagWeb took a lot of the stress out of arranging a stag do and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
