360 Cap Press purchase
Danny Marcario made this 360 Cap Press purchase so easy! He even suggested Stahls patch products that'll be unique to offer our customers and make our biz money! The Air Fusion Press we purchased from Stahls last month has already added sales! Danny helped us with that purchase as well as helped me make a twill design I had envisioned into a reality! The patch making process was a bit confusing and slow
The patch making process was a bit confusing and took a while during the approval process for the first time. We needed a quick turn around but it would take a day or two to get a response back. Hopefully next time will be easier.
I also felt the flat shipping fee of $27 was awfully high. Especially since there were only 15 patches that we ordered.
I was also receiving incorrect information and updates on when to expect the patches. But thankfully they got here a couple days before they said they would be delivered.
The quality of the patches was great though!
