Incorrect Application Instructions
The Direct To Film transfers were designed just as requested, but the application instructions were not complete nor were they accurate. The application instructions for cotton garments has changed, but were not included in the package. The transfers are no longer hot peels. They are now warm - cool peels.
We almost messed up several transfers and garments because of the incorrect information.

To clarify, our Direct to Film transfers are still a Hot peel. The only recent change was the application temperature for cotton garments, which is now 325°F—the peel method itself has not changed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can review the instructions to ensure they are as clear as possible.

Stahls is great BUT...
Stahl's is an amzing company that seems to be trying to reinvent the online experience wheel. I want to order patches from you all, but you POP interaction has too many step, is not very clear and clean from point to point and its not a very streamlined process. Ninja Patches for instance, has a very simple, clean, quick process along with their "proofing". The reason why I have not purchase any patches from you, yet, is becuase your process is WAY TOO complicated. Too many steps, not very clear, you make customers jump from screen to screen, its not intuitive, information is not always on the main screen, so action tasks are missed...I could go on and on...Maybe its your IT team?? Either way, you are too good of a company to have all of this be true.

The art team had quick responses about artwork changes needed to do PVC patches and the quality of work was great. The order arrived before the estimated date as well.

Customer Service Rocks
The customer service and art team are amazing. They are very friendly and helpful. I like that you provide updates when something needs to be looked at. I did pay for priority overnight shipping of my patches but it looks like it actually takes longer since they ship from Mexico.

poor Customer Service
I have never had issues with this company before, but I received some prints that were off color and told them I was on a tight deadline and their help department has just pushed me from one person to another and I am disappointed. I’ve never had these issues before.
