Well i'd been looking for a ring pull opener for a long time. I already had one, and my sister dearly wanted one the same. It was basic, and worked very well. I looked for said opener, and your name popped up. Very pleased it did as it has been excellent quick service from you. You sent it straight to her in Brightlingsea within a couple of days. She was delighted with it.
