Unfortunately the pegs were not serviceable. Despite soaking them in cold water overnight as suggested, they were not strong and easily broken.
The replacement rotary washing line was very thin and easily twisted. Probably our fault. Just unlucky with our purchases.

Absolutely excellent service
Absolutely excellent service! The bin liners I ordered were dispatched within the hour and were delivered to my door less than two days later. I was kept informed as to the status of my order throughout the process. Also, an added bonus was that they were the cheapest seller I could find. I will not hesitate to use Staines and Brights Ltd again.

I was trying to buy some dental dog biscuits for my dog which are sadly no longer made.
I was hoping to find someone who had a bag to give me more time to find a replacement.
Luckily I found the Staines and Bright website but couldn't do mail order due to my location but after ringing customer service the very kind and helpful Heidi adjusted the website so I could order.
The biscuits arrived super fast posted within hours of ordering.
Super company to do business with.

Staff were very polite and helpful when first item did not arrive. They sent a replacement out for the next day. The food umbrellas were very pretty on the table - really pleased with them.
