Ordered on Thursday night and delivered Monday morning, everything was really well packaged can't ask for anymore that that thank you

I ordered some replacement stair spindles and although they weren't an exact match (not their fault of course) they were very close and pretty much undectable from the originals. They arrived promptly and were well packaged. Very pleased indeed

Ordered full length oak banister rail and 5 brackets, my wife loves the look and as it was bought for me as am slightly unstable on my feet, after putting it up I came down the stairs for the first time and grabbed it like it had always been there. Ordering was easy and fast, expected wait time was 10-14 days due to being primed products. I think it came before that though. Only thing to watch out for though is when they send it out to the courier for delivery you need to make sure that someone is available for when the courier intends to deliver. It would be better if Stairbits got in touch with you first to say their part was done so you have time to arrange someone to accept delivery. The only reason I say this is because you only get an estimated despatch time at the start so cant plan in advance if you are at work like I was. Would it stop me ordering from them again? No as now I know what to expect.

Upon receiving the spindles and newel post my expectations were exceeded. The craftsmanship and quality of the turinng and finishing was absluteley perfect. I would highly recomend Stairbits.
