I love stake very much and its team but hope my account normally again to play again i dont eant to still wait to july to play please help please

I am writing this review to share my experience with account verification and fund withdrawal.

My account (username: Pt0111) was restricted with a balance of $240. The platform requested Level 3 verification, including proof of address and source of funds.

I have made multiple attempts to provide the requested documents. However, each time my submissions were rejected without clear or consistent explanations. In some cases, the requirements seem to change, making it extremely difficult to understand what is actually acceptable.

I am willing to fully cooperate, including providing additional documents or even participating in a video verification if necessary. Despite this, the process feels unnecessarily strict and unclear compared to the experience of other users.

At this point, my funds remain locked, and I am not given a realistic way to resolve the situation.

I strongly recommend improving transparency in the verification process and providing clear, consistent guidance to users.

Until then, I cannot recommend this platform.

The Issue: Their QR generator frequently encodes a 0.60 INR delta (e.g., requesting 3,000 INR but encoding 2,999.40 INR). Their /bind API rejects this fractional mismatch, meaning the funds are debited from the user's bank but never credited to the user's account.

The Evidence: I have NPCI (Govt of India) confirmation that the funds reached the merchant. Stake support claims 'funds never reached us,' effectively calling the Indian regulatory data a lie. My INR deposit/withdrawal functionality remains restricted, and they are holding my capital hostage. This is not just a support issue; it is a systemic failure to reconcile payments. Beware of depositing INR until they address the technical delta bug.
