Never got my ITA bag and she’s just ignoring all the complaints and has started a new Kickstarter account to fleece a new set of people. Avoid her shop like the plague. Made a Trustpilot account JUST for this review because she needs to be stopped from scamming more people.

Appalling scam, I think the positive reviews are fakes. My money taken, no products received, fobbed off, told waiting for an order, no warning about lack of product availability on the web page, products still being advertised.

They eventually got back to me, but it wasn't until I launched a PayPal dispute. Apparently my pin has now gotten shipped

I used to really love this store, I have many of the pins and the Pokeball ita bag. I eagerly backed the Everyday Ita Bag Kickstarter in May 2020 as it sounded like an amazing product. It is now mid January 2022 and I have never received it. Stami does not reply to emails about it at all at this point and I have sent many asking where mine is.

The delay due to Covid was understandable, but the timeline then got weird as she claimed bags arrived April 2021, May 2021 said it was 44% dispatched, then she only finished sending them all out by October 2021. How on earth it took SIX MONTHS to allegedly dispatch all those bags I’ll never know. Because mine never arrived. And at this point I don’t think it ever will!

I ordered an ita bag in June 2020. To this date, I still don't have it, I can't get any answer from their customer service it's been two months of email (they announced that they sent everything on social media)

Meanwhile they keep being active on instagram and everywhere and releasing new product and ignoring the people who just want an answer from them. It's almost 60£ that I'll never see again it seems and I was really looking forward to get this bag that was going to be my first itabag ever.

very shiny company, poor service, I don't want to call the company a scam, as I've receive my kickstarter reward but it seems they HAD to sent these and other orders just got ignored. I know global situation is hard on everyone especially small business but is it too much to ask for a simple answer to our inquiries.

I own many ita bags from many different small businesses that are in the same price range as this ita bag I purchased from Stami studios.

And I can safely say I have never seen a bag of such low quality. It looks and feels like a 3$ bag from aliexpress.
I expressed my concerns to Stami, and she was kind enough to send replacement for my kick-starter pledge. but the backups are just as disappointing and unwearable as the first ones I got.

Stami keeps telling me she'll send me replacements for the bag and panels until I'm happy with the product, but it's becoming obvious that this isn't a one time issue, and that all the products of her project are just as bad.

I want my money back, but she's allowed to refuse refunds because we pledged through kick-starter.

Stami if you read this : sue the living hell out if your manufacturer, get our money back and refund your customers.

I backed the Everyday Changeable Ita Bag on Kickstarter.
I will not speak on the time delay because Covid has delayed everything last year. However, I was midly annoyed that I had to request updates on the kickstarter to have some news about the production.
If that was the only problem...
Upon receiving the bag, I realized the strap wasn't big enough to fit me and wear it as a backpack. There was only one strap, mean to loop through a tiny metal hook. Owner sent a second one free of charge along with an extra pin.

Sadly, the inserts were SO thick, it was impossible to secure pins in the back.
The material of the insert is the cheapest satin, anything pinned down will leave a visible hole.
The panels didn't properly fit on the bag, I lost one the DAY I received the bag. I wore it for 2h that day.
It also tore at the strap attachment after 3 weeks of using it.
I blamed myself and threw it away but finding all those reviews is an eye opener.
The pin quality is amazing in this shop but I won't buy from them again out of disappointment.

I hope Stami sues her manufacturer because this is appalling.

Hi 🥰 i just placed my second order, the first one being one of the pride deer pins and i absolutely loved it! The pin is so cute with bright colors and really good quality. Could'nt stop myself from buying some more they are so adorable. Also, the shipping was quite fast and it was well package wich is clearly appreciated. Continue your good work I really like your shop and your products.

I love their pins and pouches but as I’ve read through some of these reviews I saw how they’ve had terrible service to people who ordered mainly the ita bag and they’ve apparently given bribes to people so they give good reviews. I don’t really know a lot about the situation sooo yeah that’s all.

i found this store due to a Kickstarter and i have had nothing but great orders and great customer service.
Would recommend.

Love all things frogs so I just had to have the adorable Halloween frog pins, such cute designs and so well made. All the other products I ordered were so cute and high quality too.

I have backed the Everyday Changeable Front Ita Display Bag & Squish Plush Toy Kickstarter created by this artist and was truly disappointed with the end result. The campaign took much longer than the estimated timeline, there was no communication and once I had received the bag they were very poor quality and none of the panels fit onto the bag. It's quite disappointing as the idea is very appealing but in the end was not worth the wait of almost 1 and a half years and the money. It's also disappointing to receive an automated message from the support emailing basically stating they will not answer any inquiries in regards to Kickstarter but will not answer any messages on the Kickstarter website. Be very wary of backing other projects by this artist.
