Great customer service - already purchased 2 frames from them and both times they went above and beyond to answer questions/concerns. Most recently they even were able to pull a frame that was out of stock and shipped it quickly.

Great service and a fun experience. The team helped to pack the bike to transport back on a long haul flight and the bike rides beautifully.

I ordered a Pfandfinder early Dec 2024 and received it by Jan 5 2025. Their customer service team is fantastic, as they answered all my questions and guided me thru the entire process. The bike itself is fabulous too. The ride quality is fantastic and love the color scheme too :)

It gave problems but solved better than wished.
Ordered my bike and the frame wasnt in storage any more. Standert offered me a very good solution. Very friendly communication and always searching for a solution. Best customership this year.
Got my bike very fast and always a update in which state the order is. Bike was packaged very good and looks and feels in real life better than the website showed this on.

thanks to advice me, to delete the order for 2 bottom bracket tools, because there was already one included with the Bottom Bracket order. Also refund to the Creditcard worked in time.

You get well-designed, super high-quality bikes where you can feel how much work and love the people at Standert have put into it. In addition, the customer service is excellent and as a customer you are very well taken care of and involved as you receive status updates on your order, which only increases the anticipation.

And honestly,everytime I see or ride my new Kreissäge RS it's Just Love <3

I would really like to give 5 stars but I had a few issues with the Shipping provider TNT Express which detracted a little from the overall shopping experience.

This Kreissage RS combined with my FFWD RAW44 wheels is magic. Really! Perfect for crit racing, the geometry feels like a custom bike to me. Standert's service has been and continues to be sublime.

Very fast and competent in dealing with the clients

I am happy with my Kreissäge RS. It looks very good and the quality makes a good impression, as far as I can tell.
However, the delivery times are very long and the price for an aluminium frame is a bit steep.
