Received SIM Card today put it in phone but it didn't work so I got another phone which was compatible could call and text but no data. When I called again there was no way to email me the APN so they text it to me but I could not understand what was to go where as it was jumbled together instead of separate readable lines nit along with having to flip flop back and forth from text messages to APN in order to set up APN very frustrating. Just email the instructions it's a lot easier. Jeez.

Received sim card and service faster than expected. Service was very easy to setup and get started, after putting in the SIM card,I turned on my phone and immediately had phone service and Internet available.

I don't have any phone to put the sim item in so I don't know what to tell you I thought you were going to send me a phone the item you sent me is useless. Please send me a phone I didn't understand what or how this works
