In addition to being compatible, the phone also cannot still be locked to another provider (when a cell phone carrier locks a phone to only work with their service - common when devices are given to customers for free/are discounted). If you are trying to use a phone purchased/received from a previous provider - you may need to contact that previous provider to confirm the phone is "unlocked".

If you have confirmed your phone is unlocked and are still experiencing issues getting your SIM Card to work, that will likely require troubleshooting to resolve. Poor customer service

Poor customer service, unprofessional employees who are only concern about meeting their monthly quota....bad English grammar and unresourceful. knows very little about the products and services required for providing lifeline services. scammers!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband service was deactivated for…

My husband service was deactivated for maybe 2 years, I was unable to reach out to anyone until finding a receipt for a purchased tablet. I was able to reactivate the service as well as use the previous phone.
