I got my sim card within 1 days of ordering it! The service is great and the number really works!

I recently signed up for service, but I am still unable to access the phone number that was assigned to me. While the representative I spoke with was professional and tried to assist, the solution they suggested was a bit unconventional and unfortunately did not work.
I appreciate the effort to find a "workaround," but it felt more like a temporary tactic than a solid technical solution. I would have preferred a more standard troubleshooting process or a direct escalation to the technical team. Currently, I’m still without a working number, which is quite disappointing.
Suggestions for improvement:
The company should provide more standardized training for complex activation issues so representatives don't have to rely on "weird tactics." Faster escalation to technical support would also help resolve these types of access issues more efficiently.
