Absolutely the worst company ever…

Absolutely the worst company ever really really avoid them I purchased a mug for my daughters birthday next day delivery lol a joke 10 days later still no mug 7 messages I sent no reply whatsoever,I put a chargeback to my bank ,Then they replied saying sorry we can’t help you know as your bank has sent a charge back ,They are ignoring the bank so it’s 45 days after the charge back before I can get a refund there okay if you receive your item if not your totally ignored and no replacement or refund total absolute rubbish company avoid if you don’t want to be let down .
