I have purchased Stanley products for…

I have purchased Stanley products for years and been quite satisfied
But now forget it they have gone in the toilet like other companies it is a shame to see a stedfast corner block company go to ---- .
I just had the handle fall off my $50 Admirals mug so I contacted them and submitted a warrant claim , which went through but they told me that there were none in stock so I would have to wait. I looked online and found I could purchase one that was in stock.
I contacted them and they told me that they could not take the one from stock online and that I would have to wait an indeterminate time (within a year was the answer I got)for them to restock the warranty stock from China. Oh yes I noticed on the bottom of mug made in China , I guess that's why it broke...... I will never buy from them again

I ordered 2 coffee cups from them which has an open lid which I don’t like it so I tried to return it right away and I never received the follow up email and now it’s too late they said. The customer service person told me very rudely you should see the pictures before you check out your order. I don’t understand how they make coffee cups which you can’t close. Think before you order your stuff.

Confusing Mobile Checkout Led to Accidental Order & Poor Support

I tried applying the SMS20 promo code on the mobile site, but the interface wasn't clear—submitting it unexpectedly placed a full order without confirmation. I contacted support within minutes of the email notice (Case #01627956), yet they refused to modify or cancel due to "fast processing," forcing me to either refuse delivery (impossible with doorstep drops) or pay return shipping.

This was my first interaction with Stanley, and it's been a total disaster—rapid processing without user-friendly safeguards is a design flaw, echoed by countless similar complaints online. No courtesy shipping refund despite immediate action. Avoid ordering via mobile until they fix this.

While I do love the regular cups, special editions are junk

While I do love the regular cups, I received the Caitlin Clark special edition cup in September. The custom paint has come off in large pieces and it now looks like trash. Reached out to customer support, and they tell me the warrantee doesnt cover anything but the aluminum. So now I am stuck with this junk. I guess I can use it as a screw holder in my garage. I will not buy anything from the website. Maybe just buy what ends up in HomeGoods

Recall issue and no sulution

I purchased a Stanley thermos trusting the “lifetime warranty” claim, but my experience has been extremely disappointing.

There is a known defect in this model and a recall has already been initiated. However, customer service has been very poor. Despite contacting them multiple times, I have received no clear information and no proper resolution.

A product with a known issue should not result in this kind of delay and lack of support. This is unacceptable for a brand that promotes a lifetime warranty.

I expect a prompt solution (replacement or refund). Otherwise, I will proceed with my consumer rights.

After purchasing 2 overly-expensive ONE…

After purchasing 2 overly-expensive ONE HANDED thermal mugs, they were recalled because of defective lids. OK, things happen. No big deal, BUT, their solution was to send out lids that require two hands to open, which totally defeats the the purpose of a one-handed mug.
I won't be buying any more of their over-priced products.

When I ordered my Stanley Water bottle

When I ordered my Stanley Water bottle, I was extremely surprised by the fast response times, and the good quality of the bottle. I then immediately poured a Dr. Pepper in my Stanley, and then went to do the dishes. when I came back to my room, I found my dog dead on my carpet, multiple piece of pastel colored shrapnel lodged into his chest. I am scarred for life. My poor chihuahua.

Save yourself the headache and do not buy from these incompetent scumbags. I ordered an cup from them and one day later I get an email saying its delayed since they don't have stock. They then charged my card despite not shipping anything out. They give me a bogus tracking number knowing the cup is still backordered. I contacted their customer service asking to cancel my order and get my refund. After a week of waiting no response from customer service. I contact them again threatening to chargeback for fraud and they responded within a day. Instead of providing a refund, the tell me my order has already been delivered to me despite me providing them with the tracking number on the order page showing it hasn't even been received by the shipping company yet. How the hell is it delivered to me then, morons. I called my credit card company asking for a chargeback and lo and behold, hours later they fast track my order to UPS and it finally shows in the shippers hand. This company is run by dumbasses. Stop giving these cockroaches your business.

They do not stand by their products. I have a cup that is peeling. They claim it’s normal wear and tear, yet I have had Yeti’s for much longer and they are still in pristine condition.

Customer Service - Terrible

Customer service for website Stanley Canada orders is terrible. I wanted to cancel an order right after placing it because my son already placed the order for his bottles earlier in the day. Therefore, my order was a duplicate. They refuse to cancel my order, but instead prefer to spend money to ship and for me to return the order, instead of simply canceling the order. What terrible customer service and financial decision!

Worst Tumbler I’ve ever owned.

This is quite literally the worst tumbler I’ve ever owned. I stayed off of the Stanley trend for a while. Went with lesser known brands at the time like Simple Modern or tumblers I’d get at TJ maxx for a fraction of the price of a Stanley. With those, I never had any leaks, I would always have plenty of ice left the very next day, my water was always nice and cold. And when I say no leaks, I mean, I dropped these cups more times than I can count and maybe one literal drop of water would spill out.

My last tumbler finally died on me, the handle gave up and broke off. I had had it for a decent amount of time. So I decide to shop around and look for a new one. I toggle between going back to simple modern, changing to Stanley, or going to some other brands. Through extensive research and the fact that Stanley had some really neat tumbler designs, I bite the bullet and purchase.

From day ONE, this tumbler leaked everywhere. I tried adjusting the lid, tightening, everything. Still leaked at the very slightest tilt of the cup. Just now, I went on a walk with my cup pretty much fully upright the entire time, and it still leaked everywhere. There were times I would place it on the couch next to me and at the most minimal lean, it soaked the entire cushion. I even looked up online to see if maybe I was drinking it incorrectly, or had the lid on wrong. Nope. It just plain sucks. I can’t believe I paid the money I paid for such a horrible product. Never again.

Damaged item and completely ghosted by support – DO NOT BUY

I ordered the Stanley 1913 Shaker (Chilli/Black) and was incredibly disappointed when it arrived damaged and covered in scratches.
While receiving a damaged item is annoying, the lack of customer service is the real issue here. I have reached out over 10 times via email requesting a replacement or a refund, and they have not replied to a single message.
Do not buy from this business. It is clear that once they have your money, they do not care about the customer. If anything goes wrong with your order, do not expect any help or even a response.

Horrible customer service

They refused to help stating they sent the item and it doesn't matter it was mailed to the wrong address. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one was not available. HORRIBLE customer service. If this issue is not resolved, I will never order or buy another Stanley product and I will tell family and friends to do the same.

0 Customer Service. My bottle arrived damaged so I filled in their contact is form and got a case number which they said it would be 5 days before they got back to me. It’s been longer than 15 days and still no contact. Wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Placed an order in November as a Christmas gift which was due to be delivered at the beginning of December. I received an email stating that they have given the items to DHL for shipping however DHL never received the item. I have emailed Stanley 3 times with no response. I have paid €102 for something I haven't received and I haven't even been given the dignity of a response from them explaining themselves. Awful company will never order from them again.

Faulty tack welds, won't honor warranty

I purchased a limited edition Barbie 40oz quencher online but not directly from Stanley. Not even a year in and the resistance welds holding the handle on all broke. The cup was always handed washed and never dropped. I reached out about the warranty and they won't honor it. What a waste of $60!!!
