Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect. Order was shipped right away packed nice and safely. Everything that I ordered came on time. Don’t understand why the score of this store is so low.
Delivery sent to wrong address twice
I placed an order (EU1495510) on 27 March, but it was delivered to a pick‑up point instead of the address I selected. Customer service told me it was the delivery company’s mistake.
Based on that, I made a second order (EU1515317), and the same thing happened again. The delivery company confirmed it was once more sent to a pick‑up point—even though I entered the correct address.
I am not able to go to the pick‑up point, and I expected the items to be delivered where I requested. This has caused a lot of inconvenience, and customer support doesnt have a online chat or number to call.
Waiting for payment of returned product…

Great products, very bad customer service in EU!
I bought two products from Stanley EU (1 legendary and 1 tumbler). Tumbler was dented at arrival, I submitted a ticket for resolution, no response. After 10 days, I submitted another ticket, no response. But an automated message from my first ticket received requesting more photos. (Dates: 19 Jan, 1st Feb, 9th Feb, still no response)
It has been more than 30 days that noone properly communicated about my tickets. Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life!
Do not buy online! Go to a store to see what you are buying and to make sure they are not damaged!

Hello I ordered a Stanley on 23 January and haven’t received any information regarding it and when I check on dhl using the tracking number it says shipment not found and I’m confused on how it just disappeared my order number is EU1417884. If I’m not gonna get my cup I think I would just like a refund before I take legal action

I ordered an item from the European site on December 31th. On January 7th I received a notification that my delivery was going to take place in the morning. Since I hadn’t heard from DHL by noon I went back to check the delivery status of my order. It said I had “refused” the delivery and that the package was sent back to the sender. I immediately contacted DHL who said they couldn’t do anything for me and that I had to reach out directly to Stanley, which I did immediately. As of January 7th, I have not had any answer from the “customer service”. The European site doesn’t have a phone number (conveniently) so I can’t even speak to someone to pull my ticket out. I’m deeply disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to buy something from them.

Never reveived my orders
Two orders (EU1097353 and EU1123543) were marked as dispatched but never arrived. I order them 29.11.2025 and 1.12.2025.
No courier contact, no email, no SMS, no delivery card.
Later I was told they were returned due to “no contact / insufficient address,” which is incorrect — all details were entered correctly.
These were Christmas gifts, and I was never informed of any delivery issue until after the returns. I emailed Stanley and received no response.
Still waiting for confirmation of reshipment or full refund.

Disgusting ordered 3 bottles for my children for christmas yet only 2 arrived!! I submitted a contact form with no response what's so ever. What do I do? No way of calling them or live chat.
I submitted the form on 12th Dec and now it's 4th Jan with one child without a bottle. Absolutely disgusting poor customer service!
Update: 26th of December I received a reply from customer service and in the mean time I have received my money back since the shipment never took place. I placed an order on 4th of December…
I placed an order on 4th of December and received an email with a tracking link also on 4th of December. After a few days I checked the tracking link since my order did not arrive. According to the tracking link my shipment had been put into the system but the actual package had not been received by DHL. Still a few days later on 12th of December I sent an email to the customer support of Stanley EU to request an investigation as it is now clear something went wrong with the shipment. No reply yet and they can't be contacted by phone. Result : this is a Christmas gift for someone that is obviously not going to arrive in time, no answer from the customer service and I can't phone them or reach them in any other way than by email to which they do not reply.
I am very disappointed by this way of treating a customer.

I ordered a costumised cup on 28 of October. It was getting delayed and ONLY AFTER ME GETTING IN TOUCH WITH THEM they told me that it will not arrive due to shipping problems. This is unacceptable and ridiculous.

I placed an order with this website on October 23, but I never received my items. I tried contacting customer service by email, and never got any response. It’s almost two weeks now, and I still have no product and no refund.
This experience has been extremely disappointing. I would advise others to be very cautious before ordering from this site. I just want my money back and some accountability from this company.
Bad customer service
My package never arrived although the delivery service claimed it would have. I asked the customer care of Stanley Europe to inquire with the delivery service but did never receive an answer. Even not after 3 request. Thus I paid but never received my order.

I ordered a lot of mugs months ago in April. And just received the confirmation that there went something wrong en that I can get my money back. But they never did and do not answer my mails anymore. Never buy from the Europe site. This has really turned also me off from the brand.

Don't waste your time or money. I ordered my mug in August. And just received the confirmation (that I had to ask for) that my package is lost. They said I would be getting a refund. Yeah I doubt they will honor it. Never buy from the Europe site. The shipping from Vietnam was weird too. Every three days it was just being sorted and waiting in a depot for like a month. This has really turned me off from the brand.
