When the installation team arrived to…
When the installation team arrived to install the stair lift they found that the carriage was leaking oil. The reinstallation occurred nearly two weeks later than planned. this caused us distress. The service offered did not match the picture painted by your sales representative. Not impressed.

Found frustrating having to make 3 phone calls to make contact with human been on my initial phone call on the 2nd of Sept. as every time I was put on hold and music was none stop..! it took me 3 attempts initial phone calls l!
I was Very grateful for Engineer’s assistance and response and assistance .
Grateful also for Engineers support, & reminders of chair lift.

I was very pleased to be updated on their arrival time. It was installed within 2 1/2 hours, and the engineers were very pleasant and knowledgeable.
My only fault would be that my stairs were in a bit of a mess, from where there had lifted the stair carpet, and there was fluff on a couple of steps, where they hadn’t cleaned up after themselves.
