Could have been a little bit better experience
Went in shopping contacts, was getting a "price match" but also had 10% off coupon for my birthday. They wouldn't honor my bday coupon. It wasn't like I gave them two coupons and 10%? That really only saves me the tax.

Everyone was pleasant. It was easy to get my glasses and eye exam and the prescription was just right. The only issue I had was that they said I would get a text telling me when my glasses were ready in an hour, and I never received that text.

The salesperson I dealt with Alex…
The salesperson I dealt with Alex Sanchez. I believe his name was was the worst experience. I've ever had with any professional person.
When the glasses came back, I couldn't see properly out of them. He told me tip your head back, lower your computer. What is that? How about fix the glasses? He
got all upset. Trying to bully me into taking the glasses. Then, when he finally agreed to recheck the vision, he raised the reading part up. Where it needed to be?
Took another 3 weeks plus to get my glasses back. Sent them to the wrong store to get picked up. Had to reship Em again back to the right store. I will never deal with this company again. As long as he is there for sure and I make sure I tell every one I know what a horrible experience it would be going there.

As soon as I walked in the door I received fantastic customer service. It didn't take long for them to check my eyes and everything was done in under an hour. One of the managers helped me tremendously save money on my glasses that I desperately needed the same day in order to receive my DOT card for a new job. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH

My glasses came out kind of wiggly
My glasses came out kind of wiggly. They wiggle on my head and the lenses were correctly measured for the second bifocal.
The second focal lens is not put on property. It's too low. I had to resort to my old glasses again.To be able to focus.

I love my new upgraded glasses. I got my tint, bifocals without the line. I also love the style of my frame it's lightweight, fits my face perfect, doesn't move. Overall just exactly what I ordered. Everything was great
Everything was great! My only issue was how mixed up the different price categories are... I had to browse 100's of frames I couldn't afford to find the handful I could mixed amongst them.
I understand why they do it, and it costs them two stars since they want use tactics that inconvenience me to coax more money out of me.
