Easy to make appointment when I walked in. Relatively quick time to get both pairs of bifocals. Price was a little more than advertised.

Good service people working doing a good job

Alex Sanchez frightened me with his threats of throwing me out of the store since I was upset at being ignored. Not one employee greeted me or even looked at me when I entered to pick up my glasses. He lectured me like an angry dad about treating people with respect after screaming at me for interrupting his lengthy conversation with another employee behind a closed door as I stood waiting for help. He shouldn't be in a managerial position with that temper and bullying behavior and the employees of the store need better training. Don't ignore customers - if you're busy say, "I'll be right with you." Common courtesy and good business practice. A complaint to Attorney General's office is in progress. I became ill from the treatment I received that day.

The selection is terrible. The 2 for $79 selection is a joke. If you want something to look half way decent or a basic black frame you have to upgrade to the other more expenxive color options.

My wife and I went in and were seen right away. We picked out our glasses and they were ready within an hour. Great service.

my glasses were wrong. I went back, your representative agreed. It appeared to be the manger. He told me to find a frame and they would call me. After they had called three people who came in after me, I went back to the desk to inquire. It he never placed my name in line. It cost me 30 minutes. No apology, nothing. He continued to sit there. I will never use your services again.

Excellent service. Wanted to change my transition lenses to single vision and the gentleman there told me to keep the transitions and made me a separate pair of single vision. I only wish I remember his name. This was at the store at louisiana and menaul. I will go nowhere else for glasses of our contacts.

Lovely and quick service despite it being a busy day. Affordable and you can take your prescription without any additional costs!

Had my initial eye exam and picked out some frames. As the prescription was for progressives, there was a two week lead time on having them made. When I went to pick up the glasses, the vision was blurry and had double vision like looking cross eyed. The optometrist on site checked out the glasses and said they were made to spec so recommended having the eye exam performed again. This was performed with a substantially different prescription. Not sure how this can happen. Now having to wait another two weeks for a new set to be made. For five hundred dollars for two pair and having to wait a full month, I should have gone somewhere else.
