Had my initial eye exam was way off
Had my initial eye exam and picked out some frames. As the prescription was for progressives, there was a two week lead time on having them made. When I went to pick up the glasses, the vision was blurry and had double vision like looking cross eyed. The optometrist on site checked out the glasses and said they were made to spec so recommended having the eye exam performed again. This was performed with a substantially different prescription. Not sure how this can happen. Now having to wait another two weeks for a new set to be made. For five hundred dollars for two pair and having to wait a full month, I should have gone somewhere else.

I really like working with Amber l…
I really like working with Amber l think that was her name the one on Louisiana Blvd. She was really helpful and she remember me when the other employee didn’t know what I was talking about. She knew right a way what l was talking about. If l wasn’t satisfied just take my glasses 🤓 back and they will fix it. They fix my glasses 🤓 for me and all I had to pay was $25.00 for my eye 👁️ exam. So keep up the good work and thank you.

The staff at the Louisiana location…
The staff at the Louisiana location were all wonderful! They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and everything was rubbish very smoothly and efficiently. I appreciate the help staff even provided looking after my son for a moment as I went into the exam room. They all went above and beyond. Much better experience than my first visit which I woukd have rated a 2.
