I have been wearing glasses for close to 27 years and been to numerous amounts of glasses places and this is by far the best classes places I've been to the selection of classes that you have is very good the customer service is spectacular you don't have to spend countless hours now or spend days waiting for your glasses you actually get your glasses that same day which is very awesome to me I went there and took my son there we were both very happy

Worst customer service I've ever had
Worst customer service I've ever had, glasses took 16 days to receive. Didn't receive notification when they arrived. Had to call multiple times. When I showed up for my exam on time they let others go in front of me that were obviously late. I've used Stanton services for 6 years now and 5 out of 6 visits have been bad experiences down to them even getting me the wrong lenses. Asheville location is a joke

I waited forever at the office
I waited forever at the office. Then, was told my contacts would be mailed to me as I live a long distance away. It took multiple phone calls and eventually a trip to the office myself to get my contacts.

This place is so unorganized it really makes me wonder if this company realizes how crappy their customer service is on Patton Ave Asheville . My appointment was made twice now specifically to get contacts for my son and be informed how to use them. I was told today that someone would help with this at 2:15 . Now my second trip
I have been told my appointment was set for an eyeglass adjustment and there is only one person working today and there is no way possible for them to help him today. When I made the appointment I specifically said I do not want to make another trip to the store . The lady that works the appointment desk says there is no way the people booking the appointments have any idea what services they can perform today because they can’t see their schedule. Multiple people have just walked in and got completely served while we waited for hours . They took our money and said oh we can’t do that today you will have to come back so we did. Now we are back again with an appointment and being told there is no way they can help today. This is total BS !! Save your time and money and go somewhere people will be honest and at least act like they care. I mean even just a little sympathy or apology would be nice but I guess not. We will be done with this place if I can get my money back. What a disaster. I understand being short handed but I don’t expect to be treated second rate after the amount of money we paid in advance for basically nothing at this point. Literally 3 people in this store.
