The employee was knowledgeable

The employee was very patient and knowledgeable. He actually explained my prescription to me, that my own ophthalmologist never explained to me. I am very happy with the service I received.

Will not be returning.

I gave one star because zero stars was not an option. Belinda was the associate that handled my appointment. I was over charged and despite having my insurance on file, it was not used. I will not be returning and will spread my experience by word of mouth to to avoid Stanton Optical. After speaking with other eye care providers Stanton Optical services have been declining for some time.

Keep going back I can not see with outl my glass

Keep going back I can not see with my glass & now they send me with a specialist because I was blinking. So no good I still out seen I need to see!

Worth the wait

They are extremely friendly and patient only bad thing it was busy so I was there for a while but my glasses were ready four days earlier than expected

I use to go to the fountains until I…

I use to go to the fountains until I met Pedro, besides having amazing customer service he’s very informative and detailed with his explanations. This last time I was due to go and come back , Christopher offered an alternative so I wouldn’t have to do that. Him and Pedro got my son and I taken care of and we purchased our glasses and were on our way, simple. Keep it up!

Everything out of system

i scheduled a same day appointment because i only get limited days to do everything i need. i schedule my appointment and show up. im very understanding about things and dont have a a problem waiting but i scheduled an appointment and wasn’t taken in until hours after my appointment because the system supposedly glitched and skipped my turn. i said okay whatever i need these glasses. after everything i finally was able to go pick my glasses and i had mentioned that there was a few things that needed to be fixed in the glasses since they kept falling and the glasses were leaning more on one side . she left and made a fix that lasted until i walked out of the door. i called the next day asking if i needed to make an appointment or if i could go ahead and walk in for a resizing for my glasses since the glasses weren’t sized at all, she proceeded to tell me to just come in and they’d fix them there and it shouldn’t take long. i keep in mind my experience the day before so i figured it shouldn’t be too bad if i was just on the phone with her and she told me to just come in. i get there and was told to go have a seat so i did have a seat and im waiting and the same person that told me to go have a seat, helps everyone walking in with the same issues as me. it’s not very common of me because i’m not confrontational but i intervened because i saw her with another man and a pair of glasses that had the exact same issue only again i was way before him and i asked if she could fix mine while she worked on his as well since i was before him and others. again it is very hard for me to take time out of work for my necessities but the times that i’ve gotten just a bit of time it’s very time consuming. my glasses still do not fit because even then the second time i went in, the fix lasted maybe 5 minutes. i also asked if there was a way to fix the lens because there was times it scratched me and she said yes but there was nothing done to the lens to be fixed. i’ve hesitated in coming back to even get them fixed because of these incidents.

Appointment took way too long

Appointment took way too long. My son missed half the school day, UNACCEPTABLE. 4 hour appointment for just some glasses and contacts?!?! I think I’ll just stick to America Best where their appointments last 1-1 1/2 tops! Staff just standing around and talking not calling or helping patients. I do not recommended this place AT ALL. Complete failure!

Had an appointment still took 4 hours…

I set up an appointment and still somehow was at their office for 4 hours. I came in at 3pm and filled out the appointment form letting them know that I was having issues seeing at night. Still I found myself leaving at 7pm (in the dark). Fortunately though they were able to give me a test pair of contacts similar to my prescription with antiglare so I could see while I drove home. When I returned for my glasses lenses and contacts, they couldn't find them and waiting about an hour for them to locate them and install them into my frame. A couple days later I had to return because the prescription in my glasses wasn't working. I came back in and told them something needed to be adjusted because I couldn't see through them but if I lifted them and put then at an angle I could see. Another person who wasn't helping me came over and said that my lenses working in wearing my glasses wrong and that I'm not supposed to have them sitting that way and all I need to do it sir them up higher on my face. I told her that if I put them any higher on my face it's uncomfortable and my eyelashes will touch the frame and I still can't see through them. She told me to push them up even further which meant up against my eyebrows, she said that's how I'm supposed to wear them. I've been wearing glasses for 10 years, and although I'm no expert I'm pretty sure your glasses should not be touching your eyebrows and eyelashes. Thankfully, after the 5th time saying that this does not sit comfortably, they decided to adjust the frame. I was able to see and they told me to come back to they could reorder the lenses. The next day I wore my glasses they arm snapped. I came back in and whom I presume to be the manager (and who helped with the antiglare contacts) helped me again. I told her the situation with my previous visit and we used the frame they has in stock to measure where the lenses needed to sit properly and reordered my lenses with frames and then let me keep the frame we measured with and put my now old lenses on so that I could see. Once I received the reorder everything was perfect! Nothing needed to be adjusted! I'm not sure why their wait times are so long but thankfully some of the staff were very understanding and patient so it made an already stressful visit a little less stressful. The manager truly cares about her customers.
