The service was great. From the time we walked in the door to receiving the glasses ordered. The staff (especially Trinity) were warm, friendly and professional. The exam was timely and the glasses arrived earlier than projected. My sister loved her glasses, and the experience!

Place was Meh
Staff was nice and professional. When I picked up my glasses the sunglasses were regular glasses. The staff member insisted I did not pay for the sunglasses. Thankfully I had my receipt. It was a different women, but I felt like I was being up sold on glasses I had already paid for. I am disappointed since I picked Stanton over their competition based on Google and Yelp reviews. I should have driven the 22 miles to Costco. My transition glasses were fine and I am happy with those.

From the minute I opened the door to moment the door closed behind me - they were the most polite, friendly, and helpful staff! They bent over backwards to make sure I understood the answers to the numerous questions I asked! I am on a fixed income and so I have to spend accordingly, when explaining I wanted the cheapest package available and single vision they didn’t demand that I must have the Dr recommended type of glasses!
Other places I’ve been, “Americas” national chain budget eyewear stores, try and sneak in a ton of additional options! They demand u get what the recommendations were from the Dr! And they are the least helpful, impatient, and sometimes rude!
Bottom line- recommendations are just that! When I spend my limited income it will be based off my needs not a recommendation! I will share this experience for years to come and I will be returning to get sunglasses later!

Well firstly they Mixed up my lenses so I got the Wrong ones, then they had to send to Another store to fix the problem which only made it worse, they keep you waiting on the phone for Half an hour, screwed up the delivery as well paid for UPS delivery they sent it through USPS. So they owe me for this too! It's taken 2 Months to fix this problem they made? Now I'm still waiting for the New glasses let's see if they Messed this up again! Worst Service Ever!!!

I'm sorry I don't remember his name but he was awesome. He helped me pick out my glasses and sun glasses and I have gotten so many compliments. I picked up my sun glasses yesterday and people are loving them. My sister lives in Massachusetts and she will be here in April and wants to go there to get her some glasses.
