I was lied to when I walked through the door. I was told that there was a promotion that would “save” me $150 dollars. Turns out it was a rebate and they never explained how to get the rebate. I had to ask no less than 3 times how to get the rebate and was told “oh it’s just a gift card”. When I came back to get my contacts after paying $240, I had to ask again about the rebate and was given a QR code where I had to create an account, scan my receipt, take a photo of the products I bought, and after all of that, the website said I have to physically mail my receipt to some company in Michigan. It was 100% a scam from Stanton Optical from the moment I walked in the door. I would NOT have purchased my contacts from them if I knew this was going to be such a hassle, but I was told it was easy and would “save me money”. They SHOULD NOT be lying to people and scamming customers out of money. I will never be returning here and will tell anyone not to come here for service.

So easy. Picked out my 2 pair of frames, was measured and then got price. Two weeks later, I went in to pick them up. That took less than 10 minutes. They both fit great and I COULD SEE! Yippee!

Very disappointing
Telemedicine exam was not a pleasant experience and produced an ok but possibly over corrected contact fit. When I questioned the distortion in the glasses lenses my concerns were dismissed. My 20 year old glasses provide usable vision looking side to side but these new lenses are only in focus when looking straight ahead. GO SOME WHERE ELSE if you actually need vision correction.

When I ordered my glasses they told me…
When I ordered my glasses they told me in the office that they would have one pair ready within 40 minutes. They called me about 20 minutes later to tell me they needed to be send them out and it would be about 2 weeks. I ordered 2 pairs. I called one day to see if my glasses were ready and sure enough they were just seating there and no one called me or texted me to inform me that there were there. When I went to pick them up I could not see to read with them. I took my glasses back to my eye dr and they told me that you guys did not add the sync for reading at the bottom. It usually has a water mark that tells.
Turns out you guys do do that service. When I placed my order I asked over and over again about the instructions on the prescription for Hoya that specifies Sync III, and I was told that you guys do that. It took another 30 minute trip to come back to return the glasses and get a refund.
Today the girl at the front desk had her legs up on the counter when I walked out and I said thank you and she never responded/acknowledge me back.
Very disappointed!
