When I ordered my glasses they told me…
When I ordered my glasses they told me in the office that they would have one pair ready within 40 minutes. They called me about 20 minutes later to tell me they needed to be send them out and it would be about 2 weeks. I ordered 2 pairs. I called one day to see if my glasses were ready and sure enough they were just seating there and no one called me or texted me to inform me that there were there. When I went to pick them up I could not see to read with them. I took my glasses back to my eye dr and they told me that you guys did not add the sync for reading at the bottom. It usually has a water mark that tells.
Turns out you guys do do that service. When I placed my order I asked over and over again about the instructions on the prescription for Hoya that specifies Sync III, and I was told that you guys do that. It took another 30 minute trip to come back to return the glasses and get a refund.
Today the girl at the front desk had her legs up on the counter when I walked out and I said thank you and she never responded/acknowledge me back.
Very disappointed!

Quick, easy, fair priced, GREAT deals!
I have always gone to Stanton Optical, but it has been 5 years since my last eye exam. I called them and asked if they had an appointment that day and they DID!! 15 minutes after the call i was in my appointment. 2 hours later, I had my glasses, TWO pair! I was head over heels with this entire experience!! The staff is great too, always so kind!

Not completely satisfied
Stanton Optical's location is ideal for me and that I don't have to travel a great distance for their service.. Could just be me (being a former life long resident of Michigan) Stanton Optical seems just a bit generic.. Eye glass selection and pricing leaves a lot to be desired.. Just not what Mrs. J. Hill are accustomed to.. In Michigan, we have an eye glass service which are second to none (in my opinion) Henry Ford Optical, that's just to name one.. Quality care, eye glass selection and pricing are above standard..

Excellent Customer Service
The person who helped me was very efficient and knowledgeable. My glasses were made in the office within 40 minutes. This is my third time using Stanton optical for my second pair of reading glasses. Great good!!
