Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. Made the experience of not being able to see- so much better. I bought 3 pairs of glasses and had an exam well under an hour. Amazing!

This was my time coming to Stanton. The person helping me with my exam was great. But I really want to recognize Alicia. During the selection process she was incredibly helpful and very customer friendly. I needed to come back to get my glasses readjusted and her and the manager were very helpful as well.

Stanton provides a service for those with limited income to assist with affordable glasses. I live 5 hours away, and I make a stop at Staton a part of my travel to the area. I always take the opportunity for their special eye exam and 2 pairs of glasses for $79.
The techs are courteous and always helpful.
I have told other seniors in my area it's worth taking a trip to the Sacramento area to fulfill their need for glasses and go shopping!

I’ve been coming here for years and the service is always excellent. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to get everything just right. From picking frames to adjustments, they make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Great staff however over the phone i was told it would be free eye exam with two pairs for $79.00 while booking appointment but when i arrived it jumped to $118.00 so i felt like it was false advertising i exsplained at time of booking that was the deal but still had to pay the exstra .

Sometimes the wait time can be long, but everyone is super friendly and helpful. I know Rhaven helped me out and she was very nice and funny! And same day appointments and glasses is just really convenient, especially with BOGO deals

Every part of my visit was easy and went so smoothly. My glasses are fabulous, fit well and are very durable.

Stanton Optical staff were professional and helpful getting through the process of an exam and ordering.

They took really good care of mine and my daughters' needs I would definitely recommend this company to others.

All of the ladies working there were so respectful and kind. They helped me with exactly what I needed, Also the whole process was smooth and it didn't take a long time to get my new glasses.

Great Management very helpful

I had a super complicated insurance situation and no less than 4 different people helped me, each so kind and helpful! I ended up getting a comprehensive eye exam and a new prescription for contacts and glasses. Would absolutely recommend, I'm very grateful for the help I got at this location!

It was good and fast

I would have rated 5 stars, if I had a better experience picking up my glasses.

When I initially called, they said they hade an appointment within 30 mins. I was close, said I would be right over. I chose a couple pairs of frames, sat down with a very friendly and helpful associate, got the paperwork done, paid, said I would be back that afternoon to pick up. Easy peasy!

The pick up process was completely different. Instead of just giving my name and picking them up, I was told to sign my name on a clipboard on the other side of the store. There was one person ahead of me on the sign up sheet, but it took about 45 minutes to get helped. They appeared to be understaffed for the afternoon rush, and completely unorganized.

In hindsight, it would have been better for me just to wait the 45 minutes, in the morning, after my order was placed.

So, moral to the story - go in the morning and wait for your glasses. Avoid that place in the afternoon! 🙂

I want to start this by saying this would totally be a 5 star review however. I called in to ask about pricing and things before I scheduled an appointment to come in. Little did I know it was a call center…. There is a promotion going on $289 for bio true it’s a 6 month supply plus exam. I have an astigmatism so I knew there would be additional fees due to that. The guy on the phone said no problem out the door it will be $355 beautiful I book my same day appointment and go in. I was greeted by Ty the manager she was a total doll! Then Kamari came over and got me started. Rachael came over and she proceeded to help me with the telehealth exam I believe it was. When we were going over questions and things I confirmed what the call center agent had told me about pricing. She told me that was incorrect came back and gave me what the pricing was. It was 100$ more than what I was told. At that point I was already in the chair and thus far the ladies were all so amazing. I wasn’t happy but proceeded. There was an issue with the results for the telehealth exam so they got me in with Dr Hsu who also simply was amazing I don’t think I have laughed so hard in a while. Over all in store my experience was so great all of the ladies and the Dr were so amazing. Still quite disappointed at the pricing as I would have shopped around more, I have extreme social anxiety with adhd so walking out was not an option. I was so excited I even told Rachael how their prices beat Costco pricing and I was amazed by that. My contacts came quickly loved that. I talked to Ty about my overall experience I wanted her to know how much I loved the girls and the Dr but also wanted her to have the feed back of the call center. She was so apologetic about it all took down my phone number and is planning on contacting me soon.

Rather disappointing that I was told I would get a call back in a week and it’s been longer and still nothing heard back.

I’ve now taken more stars away I was very hopeful that I would hear back from Ty like I was told when I was in store that she would make things right with the huge misquote between the call center and what I actually paid in store. Still never heard anything back.

I want to preface this with the call center is the problem! They are misquoting and giving out incorrect information! Thankfully Ty is an amazing manager and I stick with my review the stars I give are for the staff in store.. the call center needs to be directed in a better way so pricing and advertising is the same across the board!

Love this location, they are all so helpful and kind. I just bought a cute pair of glasses too!!!

I was late and Stanton allowed me to re-schedule to the last appointment without anxiety.
Ty and Kamari were very easygoing and welcoming. Both explained to me how Stanton operates and ensured I was properly taken care. Excellent customer service.
I was given a wide selection of frames to peruse. I was in store past closing and neither hurried me. Exceptional because most places hurry customers out especially on a Friday.
Thank you for this experience. I will surely be returning.
Sidenote: the attitude and personality of each representative is enthusiastic. The optometrist is very caring and informative.
