My son took in a recent prescription from our local ophthalmologist and glasses that were ordered were wrong prescription. You guys re-submitted and they are still wrong. We were charged over $100. Please get a hold of us to discuss options. 786-301-2674

Beware when people give you a price on something that sounds too good.....
While in the store with a family member, was given a business card with hand written prices of the promotion for contact lens exam with a year supply of acuvue contact lenses. Nowhere written on the card or even verbally stated, was a $100 rebate mentioned in order to get the promotion price of $199 for acuvue oasys 1 year supply of contacts. Days after given the card, I called the Stuart, FL store to make an appointment for Saturday the 15th at 9:15 a.m.. Nowhere in the phone call was a $100 rebate mentioned. Was never mentioned or told my bill would be $100 more than it was because of a rebate! The very first time the $100 rebate was mentioned or I had any clue of said rebate, was when the person told me what the bill was. My first thought was, I just got scammed. This is pure FRAUD! THIS IS B.S.! No one ever told me or said anything about this is what I said! I was on a serious budget. So this fraudulent, ridiculous scam took $100 off of my groceries for the following week! $100 less groceries for the week is a huge deal! This is not gonna fly! I can't imagine how many other folks have fallen victim to this complete B.S. fraud! This NEEDS to be made right because I WILL bring this to my local NBC news which is nationally known. Also, my attorney has already been contacted and has been brought up to speed on EVERYTHING! So I would like this mess cleared up and hard earned $100 returned A.S.A.P.! If not, the news will have a heck of a story to tell everyone! Thank you for your time.

Not a good experience
First, it took 2 and a half weeks to receive my glasses, which were a warranty replacement for a pair that I thought the photochromic properties had gone bad, or the second time in 3 years. Second, there is something "off" about the new ones, can't put my finger on it but they seem slightly out of focus at times. I will be returning them to the store today, and will ask for a refund.

Do not recommend
I took my glasses back twice for an adjustment. The person who helped me bent the frames a bit but nothing more: they didn't use the heater to bend/mold to make the frames feel better. I ended up taking my glasses to another place at least 6 to 7 times and the frames continue to put too much pressure behind my ears and on the bridge of my nose. Am also getting aches behind my eyeballs, not sure if it's related to the frames or the prescription is off.
I will take them one more time before I give up and ask for a refund or compensation.

This year was different actually there was a doctor there not like the previous year on-line wasn’t crazy about that . But this year happy to have done my eye care there. Just one thing they slide down when my head is down I guess I must get use to them.
