I had to wait for over 30 minutes for my appointment, not good since my time is valuable.
The tech who did my exam did not explain to me the different options of lenses.. when I got home, I lost my neae vision.
She also was not pleasant like the others
I ended up trying 2 other sets of lenses. After all the going back and forth I stuck with the original.
The manager raven helped me and she saved the day. She was kind, thorough and had great follow up.
I’m sorry to say this, but I’m not sure I’ll go back next year, even with the 20% off offer.

Well, I was lying in a hammock and didn’t notice that my glasses fell on the grass. Then a friend mowed the lawn and glasses were chopped up. I got new ones the next day and I can see again. Yay! Only in Florida.

I was manipulated by sales people. Paid almost $1000 for 2 pairs of glasses. Picked up first pair and the optometrist that gave me them took my picture, didn’t even check how they fit. I will never do business with you again .
