Great product, services and prices.

Woefully short staffed! She was all alone but the lady who took care of us, sorry i forgot her name, but she handled it with grace and patience that i havent seen in a long time! Awesome person and employee!

Jennifer (Jen) was amazing. I’m in my early twenties and I’ve never had glasses before. I had absolutely no idea what to look for or what direction to go in when it came to glasses, and Jen truly helped me more than I could’ve even asked for.

I had to return my first pair of glasses two days after getting them because of the fit, and Jen was completely understanding and helpful with helping me find a new pair. I’m a person who has extreme sensory issues and a hard time speaking up for my needs, but she allowed me to feel completely comfortable with doing so. I hope she continues to work in this field.

I went to a North Miami location for eye exam,which was fine l. I was diagnosed with astigmatism and now i have to wait over 2 weeks for my glasses (2). When I received the notification for pickup, I was told the lab sent one to Beaumont, Texas and the other one in Miami where I live and did my exam. Never been to Texas. The glasses I'm waiting for is my main glasses which cost me over $570.00 and really felt uncomfortable to even go back in the future.. No explanation given,the staff were so unapologetic about it. They told me they will mail the reading glasses to me,who knows when I'll get it now...so disappointed.

Got my first pair of progressive lenses and love them! It took a little bit to get used to them, but after a couple of hours, I'm seeing way better! Thank you Stanton Optical!

This is the Worst place I have ever gotten contacts in my life!!
The guy that works at the one on North lake Blvd is ignorant! After 3 times getting the wrong contacts I said I wanted my money back and he said we don’t give refunds you have to go to the one on Forest Hill to get a refund so I drove down there and that guy said you’ll get your money back on your card by tonight I also left the contacts there, well it wasn’t back on my card so I called again and he said you’ll have to go to the one on North Lake to get your refund so I called the one on North lake and he said you’ll have to talk to the manager which wasn’t in so they said they’d have her call me, she never called so I called again and they said come in and talk to the manager so I went there and they said oh she won’t be in until 12 so I called at 1 and they said oh she didn’t show up today! They are giving me such a run around it’s Rediculous!!I will Never go there again it’s over 300 dollars!!And the guy that said I’d have to go to the one on Forest Hill for my refund said why would I tell you that so he lied right to my face the whole thing is crazy

I dint go back to Sandia Vizion because twice in a row my glasses came in damaged. I’ve returned my glasses to you guys once now. I expect my glasses to be in good shape. I’ll have to ask for my money back.

The staff took the time and helped out a lot

The store/sales manager was amazing, kind, funny and professional. She explained every step of the process and answered all my questions.

My husband and I are new to the area. First time customers. They broke his glasses while making them - which “okay. Things happen” but then they don’t let us know ANYTHING. We’re going on a month since the eye appt and I’ve called 3 times checking status. If they even acted like they cared it would be different. All they can say is they have “no way to contact the lab”. Really? Come on. They’re still saying 5-7 more days. We spent almost $700 on new glasses. Will never go back.

Frankie and David were so awesome at helping me get a pair of glasses. I will be back to get more and for my family. They have better discounts than any other eye place I have been too! I am so grateful for all their help. They even explained things to me in detail so I could understand all my vision problems. They also have excellent customer service when you call to set up an appointment. And! Some frames and lens if in stock you can get that day made. So that was a game changer. I used to wait up to 2 wks to get my glasses.

I needed new eyeglasses and had an excellent experience at Stanton Optical. The staff were helpful throughout the entire process, from the comprehensive eye exam to helping me choose frames. The progressive lenses are perfect, allowing me to see both near and far with one pair instead of needing separate reading glasses. My glasses were ready sooner than expected, and they look great!

I had the pleasure of having my yearly eye exam at Stanton Optical on Michigan Road. I am a first time Stanton customer.
The atomosphere, nice smelling aroma, and the pleasant, engaging staff (Cody and Emily), were the highlights of my visit and constantly stood out for me as positives that I reflected on throughout my visit.
I took away one star due to not being informed at the time of online scheduling that it would be a virtual eye exam. Given the choice, I would have chosen an in-person optometrist. I understand if an optometrist is on site a limited number of days a week but I should have been informed of those days so I could choose and plan my appointment accordingly. Consumers should be able to make informed decisions especially when it involves medical choices. The decision was made for me which was disappointing. Please note that I was offered the opportunity to return and receive services from the optometrist on staff if I was dissatisfied with my prescription. This experience is just a forewarning to know what you're scheduling. I would gladly reutilize the Michigan Road Stanton but I would just schedule my appointment for an in-person optometrist. The virtual exam does not negate the overall quality service I received at Stanton. Emily was a great facilitator for the eye exam- pleasant, patient, and engaging. Cody and Emily- thank you very much for helping me choose the right frame and making my experience so pleasant.

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly during my exam. I felt like my eye health was genuinely prioritized rather than being rushed through the appointment. Professional, kind, and very thorough—I highly recommend them. It’s rare to find an eye care center that balances expertise with such a personal touch. I won't be going anywhere else for my vision needs

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Exam was thorough and efficient and pickup was easy and she explained everything and adjusted 1 pair. I would recommend this office to family and friends!

Staff should acknowledge customers coming in, instead of continuing their conversation and then assisting you.
