i have not received it

i have not received it. There is no ETA. It has been "Dispatched" for 9 working days.

The website stated In Stock and Next Day delivery and clearly that is not what happens.

After asking I had an email from customer services 4 days ago then nothing.

Really poor service and zero communication.

Horrible Website

Horrible Website. I just needed to buy some covers for £4. I have wasted so much time. I simply wanted to check out as a guest - but the site took me to the registration process without a chance to reset that and simply check out as a guest. After filling out pages of information, it simply said that my billing postcode does not exist, because apparently, they have an old database. It took me to the first page of this huge registration form, and I couldn't proceed as my email address was already used, and I couldn't log in, as the registration was not complete.

Wasted so much time. Now I am here complaining, because it took me less time to leave a review on Trustpilot than to purchase a simple book cover.

This company can improve by not deceiving customers. Why advertise a good deal when there is no chance to fulfill an order? Madness!!!
