Delivery problems
Products were fine. Delivery service was terrible: they dropped the package off at a local packet station without sending an email or leaving a note about where the package was. I had to call to find out where my package was. The packet shop said that most customers from this delivery company do not receive notification and have to track down their packages themselves. (The packet shop implied that they were not even sure if the delivery service bothered to ring doorbells. )
