Missing Item still outstanding
Upon delivery, one item of the order was shown on the packing slip but was not in the box. The on-line chat for the problem took almost one hour due to their delayed answers. The chat concluded with them checking if the item was misplaced during packing. Its been one week and no answer from them about the missing item. As a business account, I don't have time for this type of service, which should be easy to resolve.

Very slow delivery time
Very slow delivery time not recommended, buy directly from the shops they sell from, for example kabelshop.
EDIT:
I was going to delete this message, since some issues have been resolved. The customer service was nice, but inadequate.
But claiming the company has the same delivery time as the supplier is even worse and is simply untrue Since it doesn't directly get send to me. And Office Center doesn't even claim the same speed of delivery on their website. I can assure anyone reading it won't be faster than directly!
EDIT #2:
Adding a order to my account, was technically impossible, and the track and trace emails I only got one instead of 3 automatically. It's a hassle and not recommended.

Disappointed customer seeks reassurance…
Disappointed customer seeks reassurance Ordered an office chair and the separate wheels flagged up for hard floors (oh stupid me) because I do have hard floors. The instructions for the office chair didn't match and I am still following this up with Topstar, the makers. However saw on the box with extra wheels that they still need to be used with a protective mat on laminate floors. So pointless! Shocked to find that there isn't a returns policy. Should have checked this before but assumed this was a reputable company with normal return policies, very disappointing. I am still hopeful for a good resolution as I believe this is mis-selling and will try customer services. Will update. If not I will contact trading standards to check thus is above board.
