I had to return an item i bought online…
I had to return an item i bought online and I found it too much difficult: It isquite anoying having to fill up a whole form, print it and send it. I think that there are other ways of doing it easier for the customer, such as including a paper/sticker with every other so if the customer needs to return something, just have to put that paper on the package and take it to the post (just as shops as H&M do, or example)
