I purchased my stars a few years ago and lost my certificates in a move, after about 2 years I finally thought to reach out for replacements and in less than 24 hours I had an email response including my certificates! Very happy I was able to order replacements and the quick response was awesome!

Make sure you read the fine print and select EXACTLY what you're intending to purchase. Or you'll end up spending double. Very disappointing!
I purchased a star with the impression that I was getting a physical copy. After checking on the progress I foundout that I wasn't getting a physical copy. I have gone through other places and didn't have this issue. If I wanted I physical copy, I would have spend almost as much as I already did for the digital copy. Not okay!
