Another great delivery service by Don, polite and friendly as always

Beautiful quality mosaic tile - Diana Royale KitKat Mosaic Marble Tiles. Loved them a lot! Prompt responses on the emails. Great customer service.

Alex & Sophie at the Fareham showroom have been so so helpful. We had some issues with having the wrong quantities and they helped us find the extra tiles we needed, twice! They are also nice people to deal with, I was very grateful as renovation projects are already busy and stressful. Getting through on the phone is not always easy but apart from that, I would say it's been great working with these two. Thanks both!

Great products and excellent customer service. I had previously used Starel tiles for my bathroom, so I already knew where to go when I needed marble for my kitchen island. Marion was incredibly helpful, showing us around the slab gallery and assisting us with placing our order. The slabs were delivered to my fabricator without any issues and have now been installed beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!

​I am extremely disappointed with the service from Starel Stones. I placed my order on March 23rd with an initial 6-week lead time. After being explicitly promised a 3-week delivery window in mid-April, I have now been told it is pushed back to mid-June. This massive delay is severely disrupting my ongoing construction work and causing additional logistical costs.
​Worse, the communication is non-existent. They never reply to emails, and you have to constantly chase them up just to get an update. My latest email has been completely ignored.
​In stark contrast, I ordered the rest of my materials from Mandarin Stone. Their communication was outstanding, the delivery arrived exactly on time, and they were incredibly professional throughout. The exact opposite of Starel Stones, which I highly recommend avoiding if you have a strict project timeline.

My experience with Starel Stone continues to be a total joke. It is almost impossible to reach anyone in their customer service team, they do not respond to emails in a prompt manner. I have been trying to arrange a refund from them for well over a month now. They now have my returned items but I still have not received my money back. They have had our tiles back in their ownership for over two weeks. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

We visited the slab showroom several times, and Marion looked after us very well on every visit. All of the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout. We are really excited to reserve the stones for our kitchen splashback and island worktops. A vast selection of beautiful stones and great experiences. We would definitely recommend Starel to friends.

All the tiles were delivered carefully and all intact by the driver Steve, he was helpful and friendly throughout the delivery

The tiles are utterly beautiful - stunning natural stone and great to work with. Julia has been especially helpful - we were just one sheet short of mosaic tiles, and even though they were out of stock, her and her team went the extra length to find these for us so we could finish the project. I will def be planning our next tiling job with Starel.

Took a delivery today of bathroom tiles. Steve was fantastic, very cheerful and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble which makes a change from other deliveries, especially to a building site where there's not a great deal of space. Thank you
