Easy-to-set-up, easy-to-use app. Works a treat

Never had a problem with Starling. The app is simple and easy to use.

Love my Starling account. Only thing I wish they’d add is subscription management!!

The app is great and you can also use a desktop (as long as you have the app). It is very clear to see what you're doing and everything is easy to find. It's a better app than my other accounts for sure. Not much else to say except the saver interest rate could be a bit higher!

Everyone should have at least one online bank if it is reliable and secure like this. No foreign transaction or cash withdrawal fees, which made my holiday experience much easier. I also enjoyed using the easy saver account with a very good interest rate. Everything feels smooth and simple to manage.

Been with the bank for several years and overall the App is brilliant.
On occasion when I have needed to get something sorted or changed, it's been efficiently dealt with in a timely manner.
I enjoy using the App on my mobile & feel it is well designed with a pleasant User experience in mind. Nothing is hidden behind some obscure link or other.
I'm extremely happy with my use of Starling & I'm very happy to continue with the bank.

PS I find it far more pleasant to use my Starling App than most of the Apps for my credit cards. I was with another online bank as well but closed my account as it was just too messy and complicated. Sometimes keeping it clean, clear & simple is best.

I've been with Starling for three years now and have had nothing but positive experience so far. I like "Spaces" since it's a very useful functionality to manage separate money pots. The app is extremely user-friendly and secure. Starling take the customer safety seriously too, release periodic articles and frequent in-app pop-ups to keep users informed and take necessary precautions, if required.

I love how easy it is to save in the spaces its great you can move one quickly from a to b . A good bank app is easy to access.

really great app for todays online world, instant notifications , quick and secure to authorise payments, ability to budget with spaces , useful hints for analysing future spending. Handy tools for catagorising payments for integration with accounting software.

Great account, easy access, good for travelling - no fees

Love the app. Can get and search my accounts easily going back years - far easily than pdf bank statements. Reliable bank. Use all the additional spaces-cards and spaces areas which really help. Been on the app for years now. Customer services have been very easy to access with good responses.

Only one gap - We also have a joint account and wish that had a spaces-card too though it doesn't.

So glad I moved to Starling for the ease of banking, I can create spaces for everything, eg bills, insurance, holidays etc.
and cheques are so easy to pay in.
Also Responses are helpful and response times very good.

Fantastic banking service experience, I always know where I’m up to with notifications and money coming in and going out. Wouldn’t bank anywhere else!
