This bank is fine for small, basic domestic needs, but is poorly staffed, has awful customer service that is driven by cut and paste, impersonal responses, unhelpful, unsympathetic and patronising replies, and they are unable to handle simple international transfers. Their app is limited and if you lose your phone or are network there is no Web option and they will simply advise you to wait until you get your phone back.
They lost money that I was trying to transfer to a company in Italy, blamed me because I couldn't provide evidence that the bank account detail and the website were linked or provide the address of the business owner, wouldn't open a complaint for a week and was more than ready to close my account rather than resolve the issue and return my money.
The bank is untrustworthy, ill-staffed, unfriendly and inadequate.
