We've used star parking a few times now and had no problems. Quick to arrive, friendly drivers and value for money. One less thing to worry about when we are on holiday.

Highly recommend. Have not used Star Parking Meet and Greet before but used them recently at LHR. You just need to remember to call them when you are 10 minutes away from arriving at LHR to ensure they have a driver there to take your car. On our return, despite appalling traffic as it was rush hour, they arrived within 20 minutes of us calling them - and they were apologetic not to be there any earlier. I was delighted as it meant I had time to stop and buy a strong cup of coffee from Costa for the long drive home! I have not reviewed a Meet & Greet before so this tells you something.

First time to use Star Parking Meet and Greet Service and I was very impressed and have just booked them again for my next trip. Made travelling to and from Heathrow Airport easy and the staff are very polite, punctual and there was no waiting around. My flight was delayed on my return and one of my passengers had a broken ankle and was in a boot so the wonderful driver met me right outside to save us struggling to level 4. Would highly recommend.

Avoid like the plague. This is not 'Meet and Greet'. The car is parked off the site and it takes them 20 minutes to get to you from calling - you could get a bus more quickly.

I was forced, twice, to pay the parking charge - this is NOT factored into the comparison and made this company more expensive than other options. I am not sure they understand what exempt means...

Despite being told by Parkvia to refund my parking charges they have not done so. Literally the worst parking company at Heathrow.

Any company that has only 5 and 1 star reviews speaks volumes... Trustpilot should take action.

First time to use Star Parking Meet and Greet Service. Very impressed. Made travelling to and from Heathrow Airport easy.

My main issue, which I warn all Star Parking users about, is this sentence in their voucher after you have paid: "Starting from January 2024, Star Parking services are exempt from the standard entry and exit car parking charges". It is written deliberately to be difficult to understand but what it means is that you have to pay for the short term parking ticket when you drop off your car and when you collect it which, at T5 Heathrow, is £7.50 each way. That means an extra £15 on top of the fee you are already paying. So although the service was fine (meet and greet is always slower than you hope) I am giving two stars for this nasty surprise when we arrived.

The service was good. There was no waiting around. I was called on Mt day of departure before arriving at Heathrow and expectations were set. All good.

I was at no stage asked for proof of ID when collecting my car upon arrival back at LHR. I'm unsure if this is secure enough process for your company

We were half an hour early to Heathrow when we rang and the chap apologised he had not got a driver, which was understandable, however within a few minutes he rang back to say he had one. Parked no problem, coming back again absolutely no problem. Very nice friendly staff. Very competitively priced, would defintely use them again.

Mr and the Mrs have used these guys for years, when they were operating as another name. The service is first class. Communication is easy, drivers are always on time, cars delivered back with no issues. Drivers are helpful and polite.The always find a solution for any minor issues Highly recommended 👍

This company will add unnecessary stress to your holiday, the savings you will make will not come close to compensating for this. We called when we were 30 minutes away as advised and had to ring multiple times before anyone answered, when we arrived at the parking lot it was a field that was manned by non English speaking attendants, if you can call them attendants it was all very unorganized and the couple in front of us had been waiting for over an hour with no sign of their transfer vehicle, we chose to get a taxi which we paid for. Luckily in all the maham we forgot to leave the key so on the return journey after a 16hr flight delay with two young children when they again failed to answer their phones we just opted to jump into a taxi at the airport and collect the car. Please think carefully before you go with this company. The taxis cost a total of £34 so there was no saving against using a more reputable firm.
