As with everyone ordered an item which has never arrived giving them double the time they said would arrive. Now they don't answer the emails I send. I agree a total scam. But why is Facebook allowing such ads for companies that are just scams.

Absolute SCAM! I ordered a beach wagon and recieved the now famous horse scarf. Filing a charge dispute immediately!

I ordered 2 treadmills through Facebook from this company, advertised as overstock from QVC on 5/13/23. I have not received the treadmills. I have been emailing the company since 5/26 and have been told multiple times that the order is on its way and has been delivered but needs to clear customs. I just filed a claim with my bank for fraudulent charges.

My last email to them asked if this was a scam and the email bounced back as undeliverable.

A complete scam. My wife ordered a beach trolley It never arrived but, out of the blue we received a cheap spoon and fork set. We will contact our credit card company for a refund. As this was advertised on Facebook I believe they should be held responsible also and face fines for allowing such criminal activity on their site.

I also ordered a treadmill and never received it. There was even tracking to my town but that was fake also. Their ad was on Instagram!

I’m not one to usually get scammed but this one got me, primarily because the Treadmill was being sold on Facebook and also showed a QVC association. Do not buy anything unless it is from a TRUSTED source. It was well schemed out right from the immediate confirmation they send out, to the usps package of rubbish you receive, mine was a cool towel from a distributor from CA and then the tracking company. Don’t ask me how they managed that one??? My Amex credited me back so they must be well aware of this company and the consistency of fraud reported due to them. Scary world out there!!!

I too have been scammed by this company. I ordered the beach trolley and received, yes, the horse scarf. Having read all the reviews I have contacted my bank re Chargeback as one of the Reviewers suggested, however I find that I have to be willing to return the scarf.....I've contacted starstormx and they want the item returned to China at my expense....the bank knows that I purchased the item in UK so in theory they'll accept that I have tried to return the item. I have to wait 15 days from reporting it to the bank before I can contact them again. Fingers crossed I get some of my money back but it's made me very cautious of purchasing ANYTHING from a FB advert which is a shame.

ASL Starstormx did not mail me the item I ordered & will not refund the purchase price. I would appreciate a refund if the item cannot be sent to me within 7-15 days like the add stated. I ordered on May 28th. The order number was 230529042908245.

Ordered treadmill June 7th. Haven't received anything it's now July 3rd. Don't buy anything from this company.🤬

Also scammed out of a beach trolley, receiving a horse scarf instead. Emailed in the vein hope it wasn't a scam but as I haven't had a reply I googled and found all these reviews. Absolute lesson learned but I will be contacting my bank to see if I can get my money back! What winds me up so much is the carbon footprint to deliver this cheap crap all the way from China!

So I bought 39$ treadmill . Took 7-15 days and I got scammed . They delivered me a weird looking purse from china . I will make sure I call my bank on top of that get a lawyer .

As others have mentioned, this is a scam. I have ordered stuff from Facebook before (not through this company) and it's been what I ordered.
This time instead of a beach trolley, I received a shopping bag!! Lesson learned

I never received the treadmill I ordered from these people. They don't get back to me and the phone number doesn't work. What a scam

Same as everyone else, ordered the treadmill from this company via facebook, received a different item in lieu of the treadmill, in my case, a scarf. When I contacted the company, they did the same as they did with a few other people, I could pay to ship the "wrong" item (they were out of stock on the treadmill so supplier sent that instead, supposedly) back to them at my expense, or keep it in lieu of the treadmill at 40% off. I had already put the charge in dispute with my credit card company, and they've already reversed the charge on my account. And I told Starstormx that if they wanted their scarf back to please send me a postage paid label to return it to them, I wasn't going to pay to return something that was their error. If it's like what happened the LAST time this happened to me (was supposed to get a cool Jumanji electronic board game, got some sort of cheap plywood marble game instead, and got the exact same 40% off or return at my expense spiel, word for word) I'll never hear back from them again.

Please DO NOT use this company. As others stated I bought paid for a treadmill, I researched the website and it must have fake reviews as all looked legit. A crap phone charger turned up, contacted the company and they asked me to pay for postage for return to China. The day I received it I saw all the reviews coming up so must have all received them around the same time.
Total scam.
